LAST WILL & TESTAMENT

I, MR. SURESHCHANDRA RAMDAS GUPTA, age 81 years,


Indian inhabitant, PAN NO. AAMPG8753G, Aadhar No. 8192
4056 9850, residing at Flat no. 16. Sagar Kunj, 78, Nepeansea
Road, Mumbai – 400006 do hereby revoke all my previous
Wills, Codicil and testamentary dispositions, made by me and
make and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTMENT.

1. I further declare that this Will alone embodies a faithful


and correct statement of my real intentions and wishes
with regard to the dispositions of my Estate after my
death.

2. I am possessed of sound mind. I have not been influenced,


cajoled or coerced by any person whatsoever and this Will
is made by me of my own independent decision and free
volition in perfect sound mind.

3. I appoint my son Mr. Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta as my


Executor of this Will. In a case where Shri Rajesh
Sureshchandra Gupta were to predecease me, then Shri
Vishal SureshchandraGupta, will be the executor of this
Will.

5. I am having following movable and immovable properties:-


a. Undivided 50 % shares in Flat No. 16 Sagar Kunj, 78
Nepeansea Road Mumbai 400006, I give devise and
bequeath on my death my share, rights, title and
interest and all benefits of the above Flats to my Sons:-
1. Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta
2. Vishal Sureshchandra Gupta equally.

b. Undivided 50% share in Piece of Land or Ground


Situated lying and being at East Side of Malad bearing
Survey No. 269 Hissa No. 5 and 7, Village Malad, Taluka
Borivali and bounded as on or towards East by the lad of
Shri F E Dinshaw, on West by land of Kakaria Bawa
Kirkira and on North by Party of Land Party by land of
Pushya Govind and Land of Naushiya Raghu and on
South the land of F E Dinshaw, I give devise and
bequeath on my death my share, rights, title and
interest and all benefits of above Land to my Sons Mr.
Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta and Mr. Vishal
Sureshchandra Gupta absolutely with all rights.

c. Undivided 50% share in piece or parcel of land


admeasuring 1000 Sq. Yard being part of the land
bearing survey no. 19 C.T.S. No. 337 of Kurar Village,
Malad (East), Mumbai Suburban District and Within the
Sub- registration District of Bandra and bounded as
follows:-

On or towards the East by Survey No. 19 on West by


Survey No.19 on or towards North by Survey No.18 in
occupation of Raghunandan on or towards North by
Survey No. 19.

From West to East at the Western corner of Survey No.


19 adjoining survey no. 18:- Length 100 feet from North
to South at the Western corner of Survey No.19
adjoining to Survey No.18:- Breadth 90 feet, I give
devise and bequeath on my death my share, rights, title
and interest and all benefits of above land to my Sons
Mr. Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta and Mr. Vishal
Sureshchandra Gupta absolutely with all rights.

d. Shop No. 4,at 97, Mukund Mansion, Vithalbhai Patel


Road, Mumbai 400004, Rent receipt is in the name of
my father Late Ramdas Gupta. I and my brother
Mr.Maheshchandra Ramdas Gupta are having equal
share and possession of Shop No. 4. I give devise and
bequeath on my death my share, rights, title and
interest and all benefits of above Shop to my Sons Mr.
Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta and Mr. Vishal
Sureshchandra Gupta absolutely with all rights.

e. Shop No. 1 and 2, Building No. 123, Girgaon Post Office


Building, V.P Road, Mumbai – 400004, Rent receipt
stands in my name as Mr. ‘Sureshchandra Surajbhan’ I
and my brother Mr. Maheshchandra Ramdas Gupta are
having equal share and possession of Shops. I give
devise and bequeath on my death my share, rights title
and interest and all benefits of above shops to my Sons
Mr. Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta and Mr. Vishal
Sureshchandra Gupta absolutely with all rights.

f. I give devise and bequeath on my death all the rest and


residue, Bank accounts, Fixed Deposits, Locker, Saving
Account in Bank, Insurance policies, all my moveable
and im-moveabe properties, the estate then existing not
mentioned in this will, Shall belong to my Sons Mr.
Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta and Mr. Vishal
Sureshchandra Gupta and Daughters Mrs. Anita Anil
Bansal and Mrs. Vandana Jayesh Garg absolutely with all
rights.

6. I hereby authorize and direct my executors to perform my


last rituals, spend reasonable sum for my funeral expenses
out of my estate and also I hereby authorise my Executors
to spend for just debts, taxes and dues if any out of the
cash in hand or other property of movable and im-
movable character and he shall not be liable to render any
account to any one for the monies so spent by him for the
said ceremonies and taxes.
7. I have not taken any financial or any other assistance from
any relatives or friends: I am not liable to compensate to any
relatives or friends in any manner whatsoever.

8. I say that Will is drafted and typed as per my instruction


and contents of WILL is explained to me and same is
satisfactory and as per my wish.

9. If any one expires in the family in that situation all


properties bequeathed to my Sons should be devise
equally to their families of (Mr. Rajesh Sureshchandra
Gupta and Mr. Vishal Sureshchandra Gupta) OR if any my
Sons Mr, Rajesh Sureshchandra Gupta and Mr. Vishal
Sureshchandra Gupta expires before me in that situation
all properties bequeathed to them should be devise to my
Grand-Sons & Grand-daughters.

10. Any immovable properties (my 50% share in each


properties - (except the residential flat)) bequeathed to
them if sold by my Sons, then the 5% of the sale proceeds
should be parted with my two daughters – Anita Anil
Bansal & Vandana Jayesh Garg equally to each.

In Witness whereof I, Mr. Sureshchandra Ramdas Gupta have


hereunder set my hands at Mumbai on this
