I hereby make and declare this is my last WILL and Testament thereby
I leave, bequeath and give my property to the above said my daughter SMT
BHAVYA, W/o Sri P.Mohan.

I state that I am the absolute owner of the property bearing site No.8,
new No. 6, measuring East to West 30-0 feet and North to South 25.0 feet,
totally measuring 750 Square Feet, situated at 1st cross, Abbayyappa Main
Road, Bannerghatta Main Road, B.T.M., Layout, Bangalore-560 076, having
acquired by me under a registered Sale deed dated 07-08-1989 as
Document no.4063/1989, Volume No.3171, in Book-I, at pages 229 to 234,
in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Bangalore South taluk which is morefully
described herein and hereinafter referred to as the SCHEDULE ‘A’
PROPERTY.
I state that the above said property is purchased by me and the said
property is my self acquired property.

I state that Schedule ’A’ property is my self acquisition and none has
got any right, title or interest.

I have constructed Ground, First and Second Floor buildings having

amenities like electricity power and water etc., now have intend to bequeath
First Floor building consists of two rooms, hall, kitchen with attached
bathrooms and common passage, which is morefully described herein and
hereinafter referred to as the SCHEDULE ‘B’ PROPERTY.

I state that, due to my old age, I have decided to make a WILL in

favour of my daughter, out of my love and affection. I further state that I
have got only daughter by name SMT R.BHAVYA, she has also married and
well settled with her husband. Hence, I am making this WILL in favour of
my daughter SMT. R.BHAVYA. I am executing this WILL out of my free will
and my own accord without any force or coercion or threat from any person
and while I am in sound state of mind and health.

I wish and desires after my death, my daughter shall be entitled to

possess, and enjoy SCHEDULE ‘B’ property her life time.

I state that my daughter SMT R.BHAVYA have no right to sell the

SCHEDULE ‘B’ property during her life time, she can enjoy and she can
develop the SCHEDULE ‘B’ property and after her death her children KUM
R.YAMINI, aged about 8 years, and KUM P.SHRAVYA, aged
about 3 years are also entitle to the SCHEDULE ‘B’ property as the absolute
owners.
I am making this WILL & TESTAMENT out of my own free will and
wish. I state that my daughter by name SMT R.BHAVYA is the absolute
owner of SCHEDULE ‘B’ property and she has got right over the SCHEDULE
‘B’ property after my demise. I am not compelled or coerced to make this
WILL. I am making this WILL when my mind is sound and my body is
healthy in presence of the following witnesses. This WILL come into force
only after my demise.
 SCHEDULE ‘A’ PROPERTY
All that piece and parcel of the site No.8, New No.6, measuring East to West
30-0 feet and North to South 25.0 feet, totally measuring 750 Square Feet,
situated at 1st cross, Abbayyappa Main Road, Bannerghatta Main Road,
B.T.M., Layout, Bangalore-560 076, together with Ground, First and Second
Floor building and bounded on:

East by : Site No.9 4 ft., common passage

West by : Private property
North by : Temple property
South by : 20-0 feet property.

SCHEDULE ‘B’ PROPERTY

Residential House bearing No.8, New No. 6, in First floor portion

constructed on the SCHEDULE ‘A’ property within 1200 square feet, of built
up area measuring 750 square feet, common area in the ground floor and
staircase. House consisting of two Bedrooms, One hall, One Kitchen,
attached Bathrooms, Toilet and common passage and the house is
constructed with RCC Roofing, Mosaic flooring, Teak wood Doors and
Windows.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this WILL and Testament on the

day, month and year first above mentioned at Bangalore in the presence of
the following witnesses.
