1. I, SHRI HARRY FERNANDEZ, son of MICHAEL FERNANDEZ aged 60 years, of

Mumbai, Indian inhabitant residing in flat no. 2 – A 06, New Horizon CHS, Bandra
West, Mumbai 400038, Christian by religion, my date of birth being 1st of Feb,1960.
hereby revoke all my previous wills (or) codicils and declare that this is my last Will
and Testament, made on 7th June,2020.

2. I hereby appoint my associate SHRI. SACHIN SHAH, residing at Pali Hill Road,
Gold coin Apt, Bandra-400046 to be the executor of this will. If, however in the event
Shri Sachin Shah predeceases me or is unable to act as an executor, I appoint SHRI.
MAXWELL DESOUZA, residing at Sterling Apt, Bhula-bhai Desai Road, Pedder
Road, Mumbai – 400036, to be the executor of this will.

3. My personal estate at present inter alia consists of:

Immovable property:

 flat no. 2 – A 06, New Horizon CHS, Bandra West, Mumbai 400038.
 Plot no. 222/A, Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400048.

Movable Property:

 Savings account (A/c no. 1234567899) in the bank HSBC, Pali Hill Road
Bandra West.

4. I hereby bequeath the following assets to my eldest son’s son (grandson), JACK
FERNANDEZ:
 House located in Bandra, flat no. 2 – A 06, New Horizon CHS, Bandra West,
Mumbai 400038.
 Savings account (A/c no. 1234567899) in the bank HSBC, Pali Hill Road
Bandra West.

5. I hereby bequeath the following assets to my son daughter (granddaughter), MARY

FERNANDEZ:
 House located in Andheri, Plot no. 222/A, Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai
400048.
 6. I give devise and bequeath the rest and reside of my estate , effects and other
properties both movable and immovable of whatsoever nature, after being given to
Jack and Mary Fernandez of which I am possessed of or otherwise well and
sufficiently entitled to at the time of my death to my second grandson DICK
FERNANDEZ absolutely.

7. I direct that before distributing my assets in accordance with this will, all my debts,
liabilities and monetary obligations including all testamentary expenses, costs,
charges, expenses in respect to probate and other legal charges at the time of my death
be met out of my assets.

I declare that I am the owner of the properties mentioned in this and an entitled to
make this will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand signature on 7 th day
