WILL OF SHRI SHARWANAND HABLANI

I, Shri Sharwanand Hablani, son of Late Shri Govardhan Hablani, Aged-60 Years, resident of
House No 4, Block number 7, Shivanand Nagar, Sector-3, Near Sai Templa, Khamtarai, Tehsil
and District Raipur, by religion Hindu, do hereby revoke all my previous Wills (or) Codicils and
declare that this is my last Will, which I make on this My Date of Birth is

I declare that I am in good health and possess a sound mind. This Will is made by me without
any persuasion or coercion and out of my own independent decision only.

I appoint my son, Shri Dilip Hablani, resident of House No 4, Block number 7, Shivanand
Nagar, Sector-3, Near Sai Templa, Khamtarai, Tehsil and District Raipur to be the executor of
this Will. In the even Shri Dilip Hablani were to predecease me, then my son Shri Vicky
Hablani, will be the executor of this Will.

I bequeath the following assets to my Wife Smt Kosi Hablani & my sons Shri Dilip Hablani
and Shri Vicky Hablani

1. My house located at.........(address).........

2. Bank balance of my savings account no.......................with ...............(bank name & bank

address).........

3. Any other asset not mentioned in this Will but of which I am the owner.

All the above assets are owned by me. No one else has rights on these properties.

and made this Will without any coercion.
