arbitrary proceedings, we had received an offer from your good office on 15/6/2022
regarding the release of vehicle number CG04MH7968, which was confiscated without
any notice and not in accordance with law. We had trusted the words of your officials
and deposited Rupees two lacs sixty one thousand in the loan account of vehicle number
CG04 MH 7968. It is pertinent to mention herein that the vehicle number CG04 MH
7968 was carrying the goods of third party, which has warned the undersigned to
deliver the goods within next days and based on your request and approval we had
deposited the aforementioned amount. We most humbly request you to return/release
the aforementioned vehicle by this evening and are confident being a TATA group of
