Sub: Application seeking permission to uninstall MPD machines and inflammable electric
installations.

Dear Sir,

We are hereby informing you that in pursuance of the annexed order of the Hon’ble Court in
 Execution matter in case number 7A/2000, we are required to remove all the electric
installations from our Retail Outlet in the name & style of Shyam Service Station located at
GE Road, Raipur. It is necessary in the intrest of common public to inform you that our MPD
machines are connected to Petrol and Diesel Tanks which are high inflammable and during
the hot summer temperature there may be a high risk of fire accident due to vapours
formed from the evaporation of Petrol, which may combine with charge present in
installations during un installation process. We hereby request you to provide
permission/NOC to remove electric installations and suitable time to do so in the intrest of
common public. We further, request your good office to provide us the standard operating
procedure to remove the electric installations from the Retail Outlets to prevent any kind of
possible mishap, for which the undersigned shall be obliged.
