WILL DEED

I, MADHU K. SHRIVASTAVA, Daughter of Late Shri M. L. Shrivastava, aged __ years, resident of School Block,
Shaker Pur, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, do make this my last will and testament.

I have not made any will or other testamentary document, but if any made, I hereby revoke all previous wills
and codicils, if any and declare that to be my last Will and Testament.

I maintain good normal health, and possess a sound mind. This Will is made by me of my own independent
decision and free volition. Have not be influenced, cajoled or coerced in any manner whatsoever.

I hereby appoint Shri ________________, as the sole Executor of this WILL.

I own following immovable and movable assets. I am an unmarried woman thus intend to appoint nominees i.e.
children of my two brothers (Shri Raj Kumar Shrivastava and Shri KIrishan Kumar Shrivastava) and two sisters

the same after my death:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my properties, whether movable or immovable, whatsoever and
wheresoever’s to my above kins/nominees, absolutely forever.
