I, Madhu Dhal Wife of Sri Jaigopal Dhal resident

of House No.- 9, Surya Nagar, Agra. Aadhar No.-
4602 7877 2766, Mobile No.- 9927092959.

I hereby state that I have attained the age of 81

years. I hereby declare that I have cancelled all my
previous WILLS registered and unregistered vide my
application number 202100766053965 which was
duly registered on 25 November 2021 in book
number 3 volume 734 pages 31to 38 serial number
865 dated 25 November 2021 in the office of
Sub- Registrar First, Sadar, Agra. I hereby cancel all
my registered and unregistered WILLS, if produced
by anybody.

I am executing this WILL voluntarily, in good faith,

with sound state of mind, in full senses and without
any pressure or influence from anyone so that after
my demise there may not be any misunderstandings
or dispute of any nature between my heirs.

I am having bank account with Canara Bank,

FDRs with Canara Bank. I have got jewelleries. I am
also Co-owner of House No. - 9 situated at Surya
Nagar, Agra having ½ (half) share.

It is my natural choice, wish, desire and assertion

that my all moveable properties and immovable
properties which are owned, Co-owned, possessed
or held by me or in my name or may be acquired
hereafter, are bequeathed exclusively to my husband
Shri Jaigopal Dhal son of Late Shri Ramji Das Dhal
resident of House No.- 9 Surya Nagar, Agra. Who
have been very faithful sincere and have been
looking after me and providing to me all the facilities
throughout our marital life.

I repeat that my all moveable and immovable

properties left by me at the time of my demise should
be given exclusively to my husband Sri Jaigopal Dhal
only and only. My husband Sri Jaigopal Dhal Will and
shall have all the rights and authority to use my all
property, moveable and immovable in any manner as
he will think proper by way of WILL and/or otherwise.
He can use, sale, lease, gift, transfer etc. to any one
or ones as he thinks proper without any hurdle,
interference of anybody including my issues also.
If my husband Sri Jaigopal Dhal predeceases me, I
bequeath my moveable and immovable as under:-

I am having only three legal heirs:-

1. Sandeep Dhal my son,
2. Anjani Arora wife of Dr. Vinod Arora my
daughter, 3. Puja Dhal wife of Mr. Nikhil Ram my
daughter.

1. IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES

I hereby declare that my half portion of House No.- 9,

situated at Surya Nagar, Agra be given to my son
Sandeep Dhal only.

2. MOVEABLE PROPERTIES
My jewellery and cash in Bank Accounts and in fixed
deposits be equally distributed to my daughters
Anjani Arora and Puja Dhal.

ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT NECESSARY BUT I WISH

TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT DURING MY LIFE TIME
I SHALL CONTINUE TO BE ABSOLUTE OWNER
WITH UNFETTERED POWER OF ENJOYMENT
AND DISPOSAL OF MY ALL PROPERTIES
MENTIONED ABOVE AS I MAY LIKE. THE WILL
SHALL OPERATE AFTER MY DEATH.
In case I may execute my WILL again due to any
reason, I shall execute registered WILL. Unregistered
WILL produced by anybody should not be considered
and should be rejected.
