I, V.Ramachandran , Son of K.Venu Gopal , Hindu aged about 55 years, residing at

NO.7 Kumaran nagar ,5th cross street ,keelkattalai, Chennai-600 117 do hereby execute this
WILL of mine in sound state of health, both physical and mental, without any influence from any
quarter whatsoever.

I hereby appoint K.Vignesh son of M.Karthick , Hindu aged about 46 years, residing at
NO.14 Kumaran nagar,5th cross street, keelkattalai, Chennai-600 117 as EXECUTOR of this
WILL.
I HEREBY BEQUEATH THE FOLLOWING ASSETS TO MY SON
R.KUMARAN

1. My house located at at NO.7 Kumaran nagar ,5th cross street ,keelkattalai, Chennai-600
117

2. Bank balance of my Savings account No.601234 7896 654 with Indian Bank,
no.2 Arul murugan street, keelkattalai ,Chennai600 117 (bank name & bank
address)

3. My car with registration No. TN22 DA2855

4. My mutual fund investments with folio number BDR1248765

5. The contents of bank locker No.234554, with HDFC Bank, which is located in
NO.12 , Aasif colony main road, Madipakkam , Chennai-600 091
 I hereby bequeath the above said properties etc. of any nature whatsoever that I may die
owning shall belong to my son R.KUMARAN, Hindu aged about 26 years.
Barring him nobody else shall have any right in the above said my properties of mine.
This WILL will take effect after my lifetime.

During my lifetime, I cancel, revoke or amend this WILL at any point of time.

We hereby attest that this Will has been signed by Mr. V. Ramachandrana his last
Will at keelkattalai in the joint presence of himself and us. The testator is in sound
mind and made this Will without any coercion.
