Under instruction from my client M/s. Sky Enterprises having its office at No.524,
Ponnamalle High Road, Arumbakkam, Near KVB Bank, Chennai, Tamil Nadu –
600106, I issue you the following reply for its strict compliance

My client was not contracted with your client M/s. USG Boral Building Products
(India) Private Limited and M/s. USG (India) Private Limited with the intent of
receiving certain materials for monetary consideration but my client states that the
representative of your client has intentionally forged and collected a few bank
cheques dated in the year 2016 my client on the stipulated application form and

notice dated 16th June 2021.

Further, my client has not operated the bank account to date, requesting you to not
deposit the cheque which has been collected by the representative of your client.

My client states that as mentioned in your legal notice, my client has received the
communications from your client but about the forged transaction my client has
already informed your client many times but your client has never responded to it,
and by that my client has suffered mental agony by your acts.

My client always believes in amicably resolving the issues, therefore through this
notice, Hence, through this notice you are called upon to amicably resolve this
issue immediately.

Further, on behalf of my client, I hereby call upon you for the negotiation to
resolve the mentioned issue on your convenient time and date.
