I, Sri G. Narpathraj Hindu Jain aged 64 years son of Late D.Geverchand Bhansali
proprietor of M/s B.S. Distributors, residing at No.14, Hunumesh Complex, Ist
Floor, G.P. Street, Avenue Road cross, Bangalore -560002, deponent herein do
hereby on solemnly oath affirm and state as follows:

1. I have availed 5 types of Bank loans, details of the loan are mentioned in my
representation dated 10-3-2023 filed before the Hon,ble Authority.
2. I have requested for certified copies of details of Principal amount due and
interest due on my loan accounts and in this behalf I here authorize Sri
R.S.K.Singh Advocate Ballari, my counsel to apply and receive the said copies
for my urgent use in High Court.
3. What is stated in my Representation dated 10-3-2023 are true and are
prepared by advocate/counsel under my instructions.
