This CCC is filed under Article 215 of the Constitution


of India Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act
1971 by the complainant praying to punish the accused
No.1 for Civil Contempt of Court for violation of the decree
of the Family Court in G & WC No.101/2012 dated
21.11.2014 vide Annexure-A

These matters coming up for preliminary hearing this


day, MOHAN M. SHANTANAGOUDAR .J., made the
following.

ORDER

In order to resolve the differences and to see that the

order of the Court below is obeyed in letter and spirit and

keeping in mind the interest of the child, we have invited

both the parties and their respective counsel alngwith the

child to the Chambers of one of us (MSGJ) at 2.30 p.m.

2. After having deliberations on the subject matter,

we find that both the parties are agreeable to obey the

order dated 21st day November 2014 passed in G & WC

No.101/2012 relating to visitation rights in letter and spirit,

keeping in mind the interest of the child.

3. We have talked with the child also. He appears to

be brilliant. We hope and trust that parents of the child will

mould their attitude forgetting the differences, in the

interest of the child and the society at large.

It is needless to observe that during the period of next

visitation timings, the custody of the child will be handed

over to the petitioner – Rajiv Vijayasarathy Rathnam as per

the orders of G & WC Court.

With these observations, the petitions stand disposed

of.
