2) NIJAMUDEEN MOHAMED ANSARI, DOB: 20/JULY/1978

3) M. MOHAMED SULTAN EBRAHIM, DOB: 07/FEB/1983

(1 to 3) residing at;
Old No.37, New No.8, Jayam Street, Thiruvarur,
Kodikkalpalaiyam, Tamil Nadu, India.
4) JALIYA BEGAM, DOB: 10/JUNE/1969

No.58, West Street, Kodikkalpalaiyam,

Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, India.
1) You have taken advantage of my poor health condition, and you have
forced me to come to the registrar office to settle my self-earned
properties which are described in the schedule and to sign in the
settlement deed on 03.MAY.2018, in favor of all of you settling all my
properties.  Putting me in fear of my life and creating unsecured
feeling only, you have obtained the settlement deed signed by me and
registered in the Sub-Registrar office, Thiruvarur.
2) I came to know that the entire properties were sold to one Mr P. Ravi
S/o Packirisamy registered as Doc.No 5420/2018 and 5421/2018 on
20.NOV.2018 and the sale consideration amounts to Rs.74,00,000/-
and Rs.91,00,000/- thus totaling to Rs.1,65,00,000/- which have been
received by all of you without my knowledge on the same day. I have to
reiterate the fact here that there is an oral promise by you and
understanding between us that you would never sell the properties
without my knowledge and that the sale amount will be distributed
equally with your second siblings Mr.Mohammed Iqbal ,
Mr.Mohammed Anwar and Mr Nazeem who are residing in Singapore,
whom are having equal right on the properties. Also,I will have to keep
some amount for my future protection.
3) I had a fall in India resulting to spine fracture and I am having spinal
stenosis. I suffered a lot physically and mentally since not enough care
was given for my physical condition. I underwent untold mental agony
after the registration of the settlement deed. During that period my health
was very bad and I called for my sons from Singapore to take me to
Singapore. They brought me to Singapore on 25.OCT.2018 and within
two days of reaching Singapore, I was admitted to hospital for more
than 60 days. I underwent surgery on my spine in November 2018. Now
I am back to normal because of the treatment I have been given in
Singapore by my sons namely Anwar and Iqbal.
4) The senior citizens who were left to fend for themselves, after handing
over property to their children, can cancel the settlement deed. The
Inspector General of Registrations in Tamil Nadu has issued a circular
saying a settlement deed can be cancelled, if children are not taking care of
their parents after the settlement deed has been registered.
5) I have lodged a police complaint here in Singapore to nullify the
transfer of ownership to all of you, since the settlement deed was signed
by me under the fear of my life and threat.
6) Now I call upon you to transfer the 50% share of the entire properties
to the second siblings. If you have executed the sale deed, 50% of the
sale amount should be given to the siblings in Singapore and myself.
Failing which I will be forced to initiate legal proceeding to cancel the
settlement deed.
