Madam:

I write this letter for and in behalf of EMERLINA R. BREHMER.

That with respect to the property identified as No. 5 Eduardo Street, Dante II
Subdivision Damong Maliit, Novaliches, Quezon City, the same was acquired
by EMERLINA R. BREHMER sometime in March 2014 and now registered
under her name and covered by TCT No 004-2014003764 duly registered
with the Register of Deeds of Quezon City.

But as it appears, from the time the same was acquired by EMERLINA R.
BREHMER, you did not vacate the said subject premises and despite the
several demands made upon you in the past to vacate the subject premises,
the last of which was in June 2018 and wherein the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND (PhP20,000.00) PESOS was also demanded from you to pay as
monthly rental for the subject premises, you failed to heed the said demands
resulting much to the damage and prejudice of EMERLINA R. BREHMER.

In view of the foregoing, formal demand is made upon you and all other
persons claiming rights under you to vacate the subject premises and to pay
your rental monthly arrears of TWENTY THOUSAND (PhP20,000.00) PESOS
a month from June 2018 to October 2018, or totaling to ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND (PhP100,000.00) PESOS within fifteen (15) days from receipt
hereof, otherwise, failure on your part would mean the filing of the necessary
legal action/s against you with the proper court/s so as to enforce and protect
the rights and interests of EMERLINA R. BREHMER.
