STATEMENT OF FACTS
“STORY OF ACE”

ACE ANTHONY CORPUZ, 37 years of age,working in Singapore. Married to JACKY

MONTECALCON CORPUZ, 41 years of age.

In 2008 they met in the same Company on SPF SEMICONDUCTORS , Ace is a test
product while Jacky is a planner. Since they had only one company they had a
communication thru work. Their association has deepened. At that time Ace has a
girlfriend who is OFW in Italy. After a few months Jacky got pregnant and that's when
Ace is 28 years old and she's 32 yrs old. They also joined in the same house and the
house where they lived is the house where Jacky acquired when she is a young woman
in Calamba, Laguna.

On March 12, 2009, Charles Corpuz was born, they haven't been married yet that time,
so Charles is a illegitimate child. They became busy raising Charles, cute and funny.
They don't have time with each other as they're busy raising.

September 12, 2009 after a few months. They got married in MOA Shrine.

On January 2011 they moved to Silang, Cavite. Since they had a baby they were busy
and they don't have time to each other. The baby Charles is always involved in all of
their decisions.

There has been a change in their lives after Jacky left Ace and Charles to work in
Singapore.

In 2012, where Ace also had an opportunity to work abroad and at the same company
of Jacky as well. In May 2012 Ace with Charles left the country together and went to
Singapore to live.In Singapore, Charles is also starting to study Nursery on Day Care-
Whole day and Charles is responsible for Charles . In the same year, Jacky got
pregnant for a second child.

On 2013 they decided to go back to the Philippines. On March 12, 2013 Jacky gave
birth to their second baby boy Kianne in the Philippines. After giving birth, Ace
together with Jacky and Charles went back to Singapore. Kianne left in the Philippines
with his Grandparents.

In 2014, they had a helper in Singapore. There is also an increasing misunderstanding

with each other, overall decision making with family sometimes involved in arguments..
They used to talk to each other. They need to talk about what's going on in the family.

A few months later, Ace started to be suspicious about Jacky’s movement. They
became colder. Then Ace knew Jacky was losing her love for Him. Most of the time
Jacky was going with his friends. Then Ace with his daughter always left home.
Until Jacky had lost her love for Ace. Jacky confessed to Ace. Jacky seemed to have
worried about that life. Jacky think Ace is filled with dominance. Sex life and intimacy
as husband and married are also missing.

Jacky informed Ace that he could no longer mind of personal use of cellphones, which
is for me Ok only personally. just don't get rid of me to the grand final and doubt..

IN 2015, they had gone through a few months and realized they didn't care about each
other. On March which is Charles’ birthday, they were in Malaysia. Someone texted
Jacky “I love you” and Ace saw on Jacky’s phone. Jacky defend that it was a wrong
text from her officemate. Ace forget it, understand and forgive Jacky.

It took a few months without care about each other. December in 2015 Ace met a
woman. Jacky without knowledge of Aces’ girlfriend rejected Ace due to irresponsibility
and arguments. After a few months Ace and his girlfriend broke apart.

A few months later, Ace left the house and live alone, away from his family. Ace felt as
free from thoughts and stress in my life.

Their issue since they were separated was FINANCIAL SUPPORT to children. They have
been talking about it for a few months and Jacky would not show children to Ace.

The conversation passed a few months later, and Ace decided to have a MEDIATOR
who was like a COURT CASE when it came to financial support for children.

IN 2017, which the amount is finalized and settled by COURT by MAINTENACE

ORDERING FINANCIAL SUPPORT in Singapore, both sides gave their expenses. Since
2017 there has been no more financial support issues. Since then and now Ace have
continued to provide support and obligation and He’s responsible.

In 2018, this year where there have been a cautionary issue, that only one year
finalized is NO LONGER enough to provide financial support to children. Ace simply said
that those demands for further demands would not be included in the discussion. All
Ace can say is clearly written until the amount needs to be provided. If there is any
need to change and discuss that which is again by mediator. But Jacky was too hard to
show kids even though Ace was giving monthly support. Since Ace have been affected
as a father so Ace decided to FILE a case so it's clear that He is also a father.
