Know all men by these presents that:

I, Naseema Banu Aged about 74 years W/o . Late Jameel Ahmed


No.2122, 18th West CROSS, Ashoka Road, Lashkar Mohalla,
Mysore, Karnataka- 570001. Do hereby constitute , nominate and
appoint my own Son Sri. Mohammed Javeed Ahmed, Son of Late.
Mohammed Jameel Ahmed, aged about 63 years, none other than
my son residing at No. 2122, 18 th West Cross, Ashoka Road,
Lashkar Mahalla, Mysore, Karnataka -570001.as our attorney.

Whereas the immovable property which was acquired by my


daughter Shaheena Banu, D/O . Late Jameel Ahmed, W/o Late
Liyakhat Ali Khan by virtue of absolute sale deed dated
04/08/2000 Vide Doc NO. 1627/2000-01 from Sri. Asadulla
Shariff, S/o. Rahamathulla sheriff. The said Smt. Sheena Banu died
intestate on 09/07/2022 vide Death certificate NO.
803194/T/D/2022/006159 . her husband Liyakhat Ali Khan also
died on 01/09/2021 where death certificate No.
803162/B/D/2021/076637 living behind her legal heirs Iam one of
the legal heir of deceased . family tree obtained certificate No
RD5018882710749.

Main, Byrasandra, Present Corporation NO.244/19, 5 th A Main
Road, Byrasandra, 35/57A Division of Bangalore City Corporation,
Bangalore Measuring

2. North to south - 25ft
Total Admeasuring area = 750sq. Ft. and an old house 2400 sq.
ft.G+3, 15 years old consisted in the schedule property.

And bounded on the

West by - Road
North by - Site No.243
South by - Site No.245

The above mentioned schedule property to be transfer the katha


jointly . being a Co-owner I would have to sign all the necessary
documents pertaining to the above schedule property.

Whereas the immovable property above mentioned for the


registration of release deed partition deed on the time of registration
I am unable to attend for the registration of partition , release and
other purpose of registration pertaining to the schedule property
here in

So the necessary execution which will be prepared by my son . I


agree and satisfy for such deeds of partition/release/ sell/ to collect
required necessary sketches, khata , change tax updation from the
concerned authorities as on date. I hereby appoint my son
Mohammed Javeed Ahmed as my true and lawfull attorney for me
in my name and on my behalf to do the following acts, deeds and
things stated as :-

My attorney is Empowered to sign for the execution on my behalf in


the partition deed which will be prepared by my son Sri.
Mohammed Javeed Ahmed for my share along with Co- owners to
produce the same for the registration.

My attorney is Empowered to sign any applications , affidavits,


declarations, Chelan,

My attorney is empowered to apply for the necessary copies, plans,


sketches and obtain the same.

My attorney is Empowered to appear in all courts Civil, Criminal,


and revenue whether original or appellate in any other Government
offices, Tribunals or any other Local Authority by filing and signing
the necessary papers.

My attorney is empowered to appear and admit the document


before the Sub- Registrar of Bangalore to Execute and sign on my
behalf in the partition deed for my Share in the partition deed and
produce the said document for purpose of registration and to pay
necessary fee for purpose of registration and complete the same.

My attorney is empowered to appoint any advocate, legal


practitioner, or vakil to prosecute and defend such legal
proceedings in or before any court, or officer, or officer, or Appellate,
or Revision Court. And generally to all lawfull acts necessary for the
afore mentioned urposes.

I hereby agree that all acts , deed and things, lawfully done by my
said attorney shall be constructed as acts, deeds and things done
by me and I under take to ratify and confirm all and what-so-ever
that my said attorney shall to be done and cause to be done for me
the power hereby given.
