CNIC: 33102-6119957-7 Being Plaintiff / Petitioner in a Family Suit Guardian Petition titled Muhammad
Asghar Vs Asma Kanwal is pending in the above said Mr. Sajid Bilal Sahib Judge Family Court, Faisalabad,
I being at abroad is unable to pursue the Case, so I do hereby appoint, Muhammad Afzal S/o Taj Din
resident of Basti Riazabad near Chungi No. 2 Mamonkanjon Tehsil Tandilianwala District Faisalabad our
special attorney in my name and on my behalf to do or execute all or any of the following acts or things
in connecting with the said Appeal/Case and in particular:-

To engage or appoint any legal practitioner to conduct the said Case.

To sign, verify and file a plaint or application for amendment.

To file any other suit/defend on behalf of me and do effecting of a decree, review, revision and to make
and present to the Court applications in connection with any proceedings in the Appeal/Case.

To produce or summon to receive back documentary evidence.

To make or file compromise or a confession of judgment and to refer the cases to arbitration.

To deposit and withdrawn any money for the purpose of any proceedings.

To file an application for execution of a decree or order passed in the said application and to sign and
verify such applications.

To receive any money due to me under such decree or order and to certify payment to the Court.

To apply for inspection and inspect documents and records.

To obtain copies of documents and papers.

In General to do all other acts, deeds, matters, things whatsoever herein either particularly or generally
described as amply and effectively to the aforesaid intents and purposes as I could do ourselves.

AND I HEREBY for myself, my executor and administrator, agree to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever
said attorney or any substitute or substitute, acting under him shall do or purport to do or cause to be
done by virtue of these present.
