Nalligahapitiya waththa, Aswadduma, Kurunegala and now residing at Rita Rivano, Ronchi,
Via Delle Macchie 39, 54100 Massa MS in the Republic of Italy.

WHEREAS I am desirous of appointing some fit and proper person as my Attorney to

perform for and on behalf of me, specially for the purposes herein below mentioned in the
said Republic of Sri Lanka.

NOW KNOW YE AND THESE PRESENTS WITNESS THAT I the said I KOSWATTA
MUHANDIRAMGE NIROSHA DILRUKSHI THAMEL ( holder of Sri-Lankan National Identity
card No 748451080V) (Passport Number N 8775469) of No 181, Nalligahapitiya waththa,
Aswadduma, Kurunegala and now residing at Rita Rivano, Ronchi, Via Delle Macchie 39,
54100 Massa MS in the Republic of Italy, have made, nominated and appointed and by these
presents have made nominated and appointed my daughter Idusha Roshini Pubuduni
Suraweera of No 181, Nalligahapitiya waththa, Aswadduma, Kurunegala in the Democratic
Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka holder of national identity card bearing number No
200154003182 as my true and lawful Attorney to do the following acts, matters, and things
and execute the following powers, to act for me and on my behalf, specially for the
following purposes, that is to say ,

In respect of the Divorce matter and all the relevant legal matters related to the marriage
certificate bearing number 1864 registered in the District of Puttalama ,North Western
Province , where I intend to file a divorce case in the District courts in Kand/or before any
other Courts of Law within the jurisdiction of Kurunegala High Court and in respect of all
the matters related to the above mentioned divorce case which I intend to file or any civil
action which will be filling against me at any Courts of Law within the Jurisdiction of
Kurunegala High Court.

Specially for the purposes of instructing any Attorney at Law who will be the proxy Lawyer
or Counsel in the divorce case I intend to file and appearing in same Case in the District
Court of Kurunegala and for the purpose of Signing Proxies, Signing all documents,
Executing agreements, Paying or Accepting money on my behalf of me ,Consenting to obtain
the property share , Signing the case Record ,Giving Evidence on my behalf, in relation with
the divorce case I intend to file , sign and accept or file all documents including No objection
affidavits and Answer in relation to the above divorce case I intend to file and to enter into
amicable settlement before District court of Kurunegala without further consultation from me
with respect to the said suit and to compromise the suit in such manner as the said attorney
shall think fit and to act and do all necessary things as and when required with regard to the
divorce case I intend to file in the District Court of Kurunegala.

To appear for me before any Court or Courts in Sri Lanka either as Plaintiff , Defendant or
Intervenient party and to sign and grant all necessary Proxy or Proxies to any Attorney-at-
Law or Attorneys-at-Law of the said Courts and the same from time to time recall and revoke
and to prosecute or defend any suit or suits or other proceedings now or hereafter to be
brought by or against me and to proceed to judgment thereon or to suffer judgment by way of
default to be entered against me and to admit any claim which may by brought against me in
such Court or Courts as said Attorney shall think fit, and against any judgment, order or
decree of any of the said Courts to appeal and prosecute such appeal before the Appeal Court,
Civil Appellate High Court, Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and from any judgment order or
decree of the said Court to appeal to any other Courts or Tribunal and give all necessary
securities and sign all necessary bonds for the prosecution of such appeals.

To communicate & represent me at any Police Station Government or Private Authority,

Department or any Institute.

Generally, to do execute and perform all such further and other acts, deeds done in and about
or concerning the above matters as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as he
might or could do if I were personally present and did the same in my proper person it being
my intent and desire that all matters and things respecting the above shall be under and full
management, control and direction of my said Attorney.

I hereby promise and agree to ratify, allow and confirm all and whatsoever my said Attorney
shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the premises by virtue thereof.

AND I do hereby direct that all acts concerning above purpose which shall be had, made or
done by my said Attorney before he shall have received notice of my death or the revocation
of the authority contained in these presents shall be as binding and valid to all intents and
purposes as if the same had taken place previous to my death or before such revocation, any
rule of Law or equity to the contrary notwithstanding.

AND it is hereby expressly declared and agreed that as against me and any person claiming
under me , every act , deed , matter or thing which the said Attorney shall execute or cause to
be executed or done in relation to the said premises subsequent to the revocation of the
powers expressed to be hereby conferred or any of them shall be binding and conclusive in
favour of every person claiming the benefit of such act , deed , matter or thing who shall not
prior to the execution or doing thereof have received express notice of such revocation and it
is hereby further declare that no such person shall be bound to inquire or ascertain whether I
am living or whether the said powers or any of them have or has been revoked or otherwise
determined.

Italy has hereunto and to two others of the same tenor and date as these presents set my left thumb
