KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, JEYABALASINGAM
SIVAMOHAN (Holder of National Identity Card No.766991955V) of No. 2, Flower Road,
Colombo 7 in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka do hereby nominate
constitute and appoint SINGAMUTHTHU VICKEY (Holder of National Identity Card
No.930713393V) of No. 45, Jaya Road, Kotte in the said Republic of Sri Lanka, to be by
true and lawful Attorney for me and on my behalf and in my name for the following
purposes:-

To clear my unaccompanied baggage of personal effects arriving in by name from

Australia.

To make all payments to the Customs, Sri Lanka Port Authorities, Insurance and
other persons or Authorities in relation to the clearance of the said unaccompanied
baggage and to accept the said baggage on my behalf.

GENERALLY to do execute and perform all such further and other acts deeds
matters and things whatsoever which my said Attorney shall think necessary or proper
to be done in and about or concerning the above as fully and effectually to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if I were personally present and did the same in my
proper person it being my intent and desire that all matters and things respecting the
same shall be under the full management control and direction of my said Attorney

I do hereby promise and agree to ratify allow and confirm all and whatsoever my
said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the premises aforesaid by virtue
hereof

 AND I do hereby direct that all acts which shall be had made or done by my said
Attorney before he shall have received notice of my death or the revocation of the
Authority contained in these presents shall be as binding and valid to all intents and
purposes as if the same had taken place previous to my death or before such revocation
any rule of law or equity to the contrary notwithstanding.

AND it is hereby expressly declared and agreed that as against me and any person
claiming under me every act deed matter or thing which my said Attorney shall execute
or cause to be executed or done in relation to the premises subsequent to the revocation
of the powers expressed to be hereby conferred on him shall be binding on me and
conclusive in favour of every person claiming the benefit of such act deed matter or thing
who shall not prior to the execution or doing thereof have received express notice of such
revocation and it is hereby further declared that no such person shall be bound to inquire
or ascertain whether I am living or whether the said power or any of them have or has
been revoked or otherwise determined.

AND it is hereby further expressly declared and agreed that no Government

Institution, Company, Corporation, Bank or person dealing with my said Attorney shall
be concerned to ascertain or inquire whether or not this Power of Attorney has or has not
lapsed, determined or ceased to be in force by reason of my return to the said Republic of
Sri Lanka.

AND in respect of any act deed matter or thing committed or done by my said
Attorney under or by virtue of these presents prior to the receipt by such Government
Institution, Company, Corporation, Bank or person of notice in writing of my return to
the said Republic of Sri Lanka the same as between me and such Government Institution,
Company, Corporation, Bank or person shall be as valid and binding on me as the said
would have been if I had so returned to the said Republic of Sri Lanka.

their hands at Nugegoda in Colombo on this Fifth (5th) day of September Two Thousand

the Grantor JEYABALASINGAM SIVAMOHAN (Holder of National Identity Card
No.766991955V) of No. 2, Flower Road, Colombo 7 and the Attorney SINGAMUTHTHU
VICKEY (Holder of National Identity Card No.930713393V) of No. 45, Jaya Road, Kotte,

subscribing witnesses hereto, both of whom have signed this instrument as “illegibly” and
“illegibly” respectively and the same was signed by the said grantor, by the said Attorney,
by the said witnesses and by me the said Notary in my presence and in the presence of
one another all being present together at the same time at Colombo on this Fifth (5th)
day of September Year Two Thousand and Twenty Three (2023).
And I certify that both the grantor and the Attorney are known to me and witnesses are
known to me and I have checked their identity by the inspection of their national identity
cards and prior to the execution of the foregoing instrument, I have inspected the identity
cards of the executants and witnesses.
And I lastly further certify and attest that the Original bears One adhesive stamp of Re.1/=
and that the said stamp was supplied by me.
And I also certify that I have renewed my license for the year 2023.
