AFFIDAVIT

I, SMT. YAMUNA RADHAKRISHNAN, Hindu adult, aged about 63 years,


occupation- Household, residing at Flat No- 20, 4th Floor in A- wing of Sai
Thakuram Apartment Situated and constructed at Plot No 265, Near Military
Talao, Opp Ramayan Nagar, Ulhasnagar- 421003, District Thane (M.S.) do
hereby state on solemnly affirmation as under:

1. I hereby say that I was the owner of All that piece and parcel of Flat No-
20, 4th Floor in A- wing of Sai Thakuram Apartment Situated and
constructed at Plot No 265, Near Military Talao, Opp Ramayan Nagar,
Ulhasnagar- 421003, District Thane (M.S.), Area Adm. 710 Sq. Ft. (Carpet
area) Self-Contained Fitted with electric and water Connection of flat
assessed Under Municipal Ward No- 36, Ulhasnagar-421003, Taluka and
dist. – Thane, Property No: - 36BO006568100, within the limits of
Ulhasnagar Municipal Co-operation.

2. I say that I have purchased the above referred flat on my own from Shri.
Rajrani Malhotra and the said Shri. Rajrani Malhotra Purchased the said
Flat from the M/s Hotchandani Builder. hence Smt. Yamuna
Radhakrishnan is the Absolute owner of the Said flat, the same is self-
acquired property and no other person has any nature of interest, share,
right whatsoever in the above referred Flat.

3. I say that I have not made any commitment for sale/transfer of the above
flat nor is prevented by any order or injunction of any court or authority or
tribunal from transferring the said entitlement to the Developer.
4. I say that the said existing building having been constructed about 37 years
ago and as time passed its strength and stability is deteriorated and
weakened and considering the age of the buildings and presently in old,
feeble and decrepit condition owing to the passage of time and it is just and
necessary to reconstruct the same.

5. I say that I entrust the said flat to the Builder/ Developer to redevelop the said
property included the land with building by demolishing the said existing
building and in accordance with the term and condition agreed hereof as per the
new building plan.

6. `I say that I not to create any encumbrances / mortgage / lien to the Bank on said
Flat.

7. I say that I have Irrevocable Consent to the VGB Developer LLP for the
Redevelopment of the Said Society Building and agreed the with offer
provided by the VGB Developer LLp.

8. I say that I have Received of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as
a Security Deposit as Follows:

a) Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in cash at the time of signing
MOU.
b) Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) through Cheque No

9. I say that I Provide all Assistance, Cooperation for the Title Clearance of the
flat and/or Land.

10. I say that any statement/averment is made is not false and bogus.
Whatever stated hereinabove is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief and nothing in this respect has been withheld or concealed by me.
