Sir,

It is most respectfully submitted as under:-

1. That the above said Property purchased from Mr. Ajit Kumar Gopal & Smt. Harsharan
Gopal vide Agreement Dt. 04.06.2005 and the applicant become the owner of the said
Property. Mr. Ajit Kumar Gopal & Smt. Harsharan Gopal are the recorded owner of the
same.

2. That the above said Property is free from all kinds of encumberances in case the same is
found disputed in near future the applicant will be held responsible for the same.

3. That the applicant is ready to pay the necessary charges in respect of the said Property
regarding mutation of the said Property to the MCD of Delhi, if any one.

It, therefore most respectfully prayed that the SPACE NO. 205, AREA MEASURING 356 SQ.
FT., SITUATED AT GUPTA ARCADE, PLOT NO. 3, L.S.C. SHRESHTHA VIHAR,
DELHI-110092, IN THE NAME OF SH. SUNIL DUTT S/O SH. MALIK RAM DUTT,
R/O D-3, VIVEK VIHAR, DELHI-110095, may kindly be mutated in the name of the
applicant and oblige.

INDEMNITY BOND

THIS DEED OF INDEMNITY is made by Sh. Sunil Dutt S/o Sh. Malik Ram Dutt, R/o D-3,
Vivek Vihar, Delhi-110095, hereinafter called the New Assessee, which expression shall include
his heirs, successors, legal executors, assigns in favour of MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF
DELHI (hereinafter called the Corporation) which expression shall include its heirs, successors,
executors and assigns.

WHEREAS Sh. Ajit Kumar Gopal and Smt. Harsharan Gopal area the recorded owners of
SPACE NO. 205, AREA MEASURING 356 SQ. FT., SITUATED AT GUPTA ARCADE,
PLOT NO. 3, L.S.C. SHRESHTHA VIHAR, DELHI-110092, IN THE NAME OF SH.
SUNIL DUTT S/O SH. MALIK RAM DUTT, R/O D-3, VIVEK VIHAR, DELHI-110095
and has been person primarily liable for making of Property Tax laviable under D.M.C. Act to
the Corporation.

AND WHEREAS the New Assessee become the owner of the said Property.

AND WHEREAS the New Assessee has not moved Application 128 & 132 of the Delhi
Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, read with the by laws made there under the mutation of the
Property of which he is now the owner.

AND WHEREAS pending final disposal of and decision on the aforesaid application, the
Corporation has provisionally agreed to mutation of the said premises in favour of the New
Assessee for the purpose of Corporation Act, 1957, on the following terms & conditions:

1. That the New Assessee shall provide to the Corporation all the relevant documents and
information on the basis of which the said mutation is claimed.

2. That the New Assessee shall also furnish a site plan of the premises distinctly showing
the respective premises therein of which the New Assessee claims mutation.

3. That the New Assessee also agrees to the revisions, re-assessment of the premises of
which he is seeking mutation provided that the same is otherwise warranted under the Act and
the Bye-laws framed thereunder.

4. That the New Assessee agrees to make the payment of pending property taxes on which
the existing rateable value outstanding prior to the period of the said Property for the same
mutatin is follows.

5. That the New Assessee undertakes to indemnify the Corporation against all costs,
damages, losses, claims etc. which the Corporation may have to suffer, under gone or paas
results of mutation of the above said property in the name of the New Assessee.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

That in pursuance of conditions herein before mentioned, which the New Assessee has accepted
without any condition of reservation, the New Assessee hereby agrees to indemnify and keep
harmless the said Corporation against all damages, losses, claims, costs etc. which the
Corporation may have to suffer, undergo, incur or pay as a result of mutation/sub-division of the
above said property in the name of the new assessee as per application for the mutation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Executant has signed and delivered this Bond on the day, month
and year given above.

I, Sunil Dutt S/o Sh. Malik Ram Dutt, R/o D-3, Vivek Vihar, Delhi-110095, do hereby solemnly
affirm and declare as under:-

1. That a SPACE NO. 205, AREA MEASURING 356 SQ. FT., SITUATED AT GUPTA
ARCADE, PLOT NO. 3, L.S.C. SHRESHTHA VIHAR, DELHI-110092, IN THE
NAME OF SH. SUNIL DUTT S/O SH. MALIK RAM DUTT, R/O D-3, VIVEK
VIHAR, DELHI-110095 purchased from Mr. Ajit Kumar Gopal & Smt. Harsharan
Gopal vide Agreement Dt. 04.06.2005 and the Applicant became the owner of the said
Property. Mr. Ajit Kumar Gopal & Smt. Harsharan Gopal are the recorded owners of the
same and the house tax still standing in their names.

2. That now I became the owner and in occupation of the said Property.

3. That I am ready to pay the necessary charges for the mutation.

4. That I shall be responsible for all costs, risks and consequences if arises in future and the
MCD will be free from all kinds.
