AFFIRM AND DECLARE AS UNDER:

1. That I am the Accused no.1 in the above noted mater and I am well

conversant to the facts and circumstances of the case, as such I

am fully competent to swear the present affidavit.

2. That the contents of the accompanying Bail Application u/s 437

Cr.P.C. have been drafted by my counsel under my instructions

and directions and the contents thereof have also been explained

to me in my vernacular which are true and correct to my

knowledge, the contents thereof may kindly be read as part and

parcel of this affidavit which are not repeated herein for the sake of

brevity.
