under:-

case and am fully aware of the facts and circumstances of the case
and am, therefore, competent to swear the present Affidavit of
Proof of Service.

2. That this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 20 th July, 2007 was
pleased to direct issue of fresh notice and also additionally
permitted Dasti service of the notice to the State of Punjab.

3. That in compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble Court, the

aforesaid has been served by me personally on Respondent and
the proof thereof is annexed hereto in original to the present
Affidavit.

4. I state that the contents of this Affidavit are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief and that the same has been read
over to me in vernacular language.
