SUPPORTING AFFIDAVIT FOR INTERIM

I, , aged 27 years, Occ: Business, Maharashtra,

do hereby state on solemn affirmation as under :-

1. I say that the applicant is absolutely innocent, I have not

committed any offences as alleged and yet named as
accused in the above in the above case and is likely to be
arrested in the above case by the respondent.

2. I say that I am the permanent resident of and have no

criminal antecedents at all.

3. I say that the applicant is being made a victim of the

circumstances and some force is acting behind for
implicating the applicant in a false and fabricated case
4. I say that we is become scapegoat in this matter and no
section applied in FIR is not attracts to us and I am a
victim in this matter.

5. I say that I have not acted as alleged by the original

complainant in the complaint before Police Station.

6. I say that the complainant herself left our house and

stayed separately without any violence.

7. I say that as per the notice of Investigation officer the

Applicant appeared on 24th September 2023 and gave his
statement. The Applicant revealed entire story of
the previous incident to the notice of Investigation officer.
As investigation officer appeared satisfied on the statement
of applicant there was no further attempt to arrest or
implicate the applicant in this crime.

9. I . He has filed the application to register u/s 307, 120B

against the applicant and other workers of Shiv Sena
Party.

10. I say that I will attend the Hon’ble Court till the disposal of
the case and abide all the terms and conditions of the law.
 11. I say that if I granted reliefs as prayed for shall never
interfere with any evidence of the prosecution and shall
also fully cooperates with investigation agency.

12. I say that I undertakes to abide by all such terms and

conditions as imposed by this Hon’ble Court on them being
granted bail / interim protection.

13. I say that I undertakes not to tamper with the prosecution

witnesses or hamper the investigation.

14. I say that I undertakes that is ready to attend the Police

Station as and when require.

I am making this affidavit in order to produce the court in

support of Anticipatory Bail Application for Interim Protection as
to enable them to complete the procedure of bail on the strength
of this affidavit.

Whatever stated hereinabove is true and correct to the best

of our knowledge.
