- Introduction: Who am I now?

The introduction will be the part of the video wherein you will introduce their current selves. You may
introduce their names, your respective courses, the kind of personalities you currently have, and your
perspectives and philosophy in life.

Who am I?

My name is Joelei Cassandra Marie A. Falcon. I am 18 years old and I am currently studying BS
Architecture in Malayan Colleges Mindanao.

What Kind of person am I?

As of now, I am that type of person that is very friendly and is very approachable. Although this is my
first year here in MCM, I was able to make lots of friends online and gain the position of 1 st year arki
representative.

What is your perspective and philosophy in life?

When I think of life, or how my life is going, I believe in the sayings “everything happens for a reason”
and “God has a plan.” Even when things don’t go my way or when I just want to give up. I would take a
moment to step back and let God guide my way because I know that he has everything planned out for
me. Even if the situation is very stressful, I know that God will never give me a task that I can’t do.

- Body: Whom will I be ten years from now?

The body will be the part of the video wherein the you will project your future selves. Envisioning who
you will be through your aspirations and dreams, you are expected to message your future selves. In this
part of the video, you may give an inspirational speech to your future self and ask rhetorical questions
that may align with the dreams you desire to achieve.

Whom will I be 10 years from now?

10 years from now, I will be 28 years old, and I envision myself as a working architect. Whether I’m
working in a firm or developing my own architectural firm, I just see myself happily working. Although
the work may seem quite heavy and stressful, architecture is the only occupation that I would happily
work for. I don’t see myself in any other occupations, especially medical fields because science isn’t
really my best friend. Anyways, I also envision myself with a romantic partner, maybe we are in a legal
relationship or already engaged by then. But I could just see myself in a happy and healthy relationship
with a guy that fully supports my dreams and goals in life. I also see that my whole family is supporting
my relationship and my goals in life too.

What would you like to say to your future self?

To my future self, I hope that all these sleepless nights and breakdowns are worth it. I’m just in the 1 st
semester of my 1st year in architecture, and the journey is already getting bumpy. I know that this is just
the beginning of a new chapter of my life, and I hope that my story has a good and successful ending.
Wherever you may be 10 years from now, even if I won’t be able to accomplish all my goals in life, I
hope you are out there being happy and doing the things you love for the people you love. If my future
self sees this, I hope she can reply with a reaction video.

- Conclusion: How will I get there?

The conclusion will be the part in the video wherein you will tie up all the inputs from the introduction
to the body. Here, the video will end with your oath to yourself – your reminders in making your goals a
reality. In this part, you may state your dos and don’ts, your promises to do better, and your realistic
solutions to the problems you see in themselves. A concrete path to take for you to manifest your future
Malayan Professional self.

How will I achieve all my goals?

To achieve my goal of being an architect, I will study and pursue architecture not only with my mind or
knowledge, but with my heart also. I’m not going to take up architecture for the sake of having a future
or for the sake of landing a good occupation in the future. I am taking up architecture because I want an
occupation that can help me develop my creative and technical skills as an individual. I am also taking up
architecture because I enjoy designing and creating things that could be of help to others. I can pursue
this occupation by doing my best or giving it my all in every task there is to do for the next 7 years. I will
study architecture with my mind and heart because I want to be a great architect that clients can rely
on.
