RELIGIOUS FESTIVAL
A festival is an extraordinary event celebrated by a community and
centering on some characteristic aspect of that community and its
religion or culture.

ATI-ATIHAN FESTIVAL
Is a Philippine festival held annually in January in honor of the Santo
Ninio in several towns of the province of Aklan, Panay Island
This is a celebration in honor of the infant Jesus, the town’s patron.
Ati-than, observed in honor of the child Jesus. Ati-atihan means
making like Atis, which is pretending to be the aboriginal natives that
once inhabited Aklan.

SINULOG FESTIVAL
Is an annual cultural and religious festival held on the third Sunday of
January in the City of Cebu to honor the Santo Ninio, commemorate
the Filipino rejection of their former religious views, and acceptance
of Christianity
The petition of ten yell out “Pit Seniors”
They flock to the festival for prayer requests and Thanksgiving

SUBLIAN FESTIVAL
Is an annual celebration on the twenty-third day of July reflecting the
"Batanguenos" commitment and great love to their town’s patron,
the holy cross at Bauan and Agoncillo, and the Santo Ninia of
Batangas City
It was originally a religious ceremony that involves praying, eating,
dancing "subli" and singing verses with strict skeletal melody

4. Form - Are 3d forms and can be actual or implied


Has height, width, and depth and all sides are visible
Ex. Cone, Cube, Cylinder, Sphere, Pyramid

5. Texture – The way something feels


Roughness or smoothness of an object
Ex. Smooth, Rough, Bumpy/lumpy, Hard, Soft, Ridged, Woven

 Group of disease where the cells divide in an uncontrolled phase
 Benign Tumours
 Not cancerous
 May grow larger but does not spread
 Malignant
 masses of cells that are cancerous

WAYS TO TREAT CANCER:


 Radiation therapy
 Uses high-energy radiation
 Immuno therapy
 Immune system is stimulated to fight cancer
 Chemotherapy
