    We would like to inform you about the progressive billing for the renovation
    construction of Savouramos. We already accomplished some scope of works and we
    will need another 40% which is equivalent to One Hundred Forty Five Thousand
    Three Hundred Thirty Pesos and Eight Centavos (Php. 145,330.38) for us to
    continue.

    Your remaining balance is Seventy-Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five and
    Nineteen Centavos ((Php.72,665.19), 20%.
