This matter is before the Court for scheduling regarding the Second Petitioner’s

May 5, 2023 Motion to Reallocate Parental Rights and Responsibilities. The Court

issues the following orders:

The parties shall each file an updated UDRF-Affidavit 1 on or before October 12,

2023.

The parties shall engage in a settlement conference on or before Monday,

November 20, 2023. ALL PARTIES and COUNSEL are required to participate. The

location of the settlement conference shall be at the discretion of counsel.

All mandatory discovery required by Local Rules, as well as discovery mandated

by the particular facts of this matter, shall be completed by December 12, 2023.

This matter shall come back before the Court for a one (1) day final hearing on all

pending issues on January 29, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the Ashland

County Court of Common Pleas, 142 W. Second Street, Ashland, Ohio.
