Entrevista a Dilan Díaz:

Dilan: Good afternoon, much pleasure
Eder: Good afternoon, Dilan, take a seat
Aby: Why are you interested in working at this company?

Dilan: Because I like to keep learning by working either alone or as a team.

Aby: What experience do you have within graphic design?
Dilan: I know how to use some programs not perfectly, but I know them, like Illustrator or Photoshop.
Eder: Do you speak another language?
Dilan: I am to speak two languages, which are English and French.
Eder: All right, tell me what are your strengths?
Dilan: I am a very good friend and employee. I obey orders and comply with them as directed. Ina complicated situation I take action quickly
Aby: And your weaknesses?
Dilan: Sometimes I'm unpunctual and easily distracted.

Eder: Why are you interested in working at this company?
Fer: I am interested in the work because I love the philosophy they have in this company and everything they have achieved and belonging to it would be an honor.
Aby: What experience do you have within graphic design?
Fer: I have worked with different small companies and entrepreneurs to manage their advertising on social networks, design their logos and their brand identity,
websites, and publications.
Eder: Do you speak another language?
Fer: Yes, Speak English, French and I'm studying Italian
Aby: All right, tell me what are your strengths?
Fer: I am a very responsible person, I am punctual, respectful, and kind. It handles vector and bitmap programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Affinity
photo, Photopea, Sketch, After Effects, among others. In the same way I am very creative, and messages are transmitted visually very well.
Eder: And your weaknesses?
Fer: My weaknesses are that I don't have patience and I can easily stress if something doesn't go as planned.

Rodrigo: I am interested in work because I am the best for the position, and I have everything they need.
Aby: What experience do you have within graphic design?
Rodrigo: I was working at EA Sports designing video game covers and stuff.
Eder: Do you speak another language?
Rodrigo: I speak Italian and Portuguese
Eder: All right, tell me what are your strengths?
Rodrigo: I have skills in some design software.
Aby: And your weaknesses?
Rodrigo: Soy impatient, disorganized, not handling Photoshop

Aby: We have decided on who will get the position, we need someone with different skills in the programs and who has experience and at least a track record, so
