Follow these easy steps to return your product for repair:


Please make sure you enclose a copy of your Repair form.

Step #1
• Prepare your lighter for shipment.

• Hinge Repairs
o Please return your lighter without the insert.

• Insert replacement only


o Please return your entire lighter including the insert. Please ensure to remove the cotton wadding & wick prior
to posting.

Step #2
• Package your lighter securely in a padded post bag or suitable packaging.
• Fill out this form and include with your package or enclose a note with your name, address, telephone number, and
email address to receive a confirmation of receipt and reshipment of your repaired item.
• Should you not have access to a printer, please email a copy of the form to repairs@sheldonandhammond.com.au

Step #3
• Once the item is packaged please click here and follow the prompts to generate a free postal returns label. Once you
have followed the prompts and booked in your return, you will receive an email from Australia Post. Please follow the
instructions on this email before sending your Zippo or insert to us.

Please ensure to fill out every field with the relevant details as incomplete forms will cause delays in assessing your Zippo.
