尚、こちらの返送先住所の⽅へは着払いへの対応はできませんこと合わせてご確認いただけますようお願いします。
着払いにてお送りいただきました場合は、そのままお客様に返送される可能性がございます。

To return, please follow the steps 1-3 below.

If you are returning the item from outside of Japan, please visit About International Returns.
Preparing your return item
Please make sure that the item you filed for return is the same as the item in your possession that you plan to return.
1. Prepare Return Item Information
If you are using a printer
Print out the return ID (a bar code) which is displayed at the bottom of this page.
If you are not using a printer
See Return Items Without a Printer Help page and prepare any other return item information (i.e., bar code, shipping label, etc.)
Or you can write the return ID down which is displayed at the bottom of this page.
2. Pack
Pack the return ID number or alternative information with the return items.
From domestic locations, please return the package to the above return address.
From overseas locations, please ship the package by an insured and economical method.
Please note the following when returning the package:
Please return the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
The customer will bear the return shipping cost when returning any non-defective or undamaged item(s).
Return address is written in Japanese. If you need to rewrite the return label, please contact the seller or Amazon.co.jp Customer Service
for the English address.
