Sub: Request for sanction of advance for CEP on “RCC Detailing”

Sir,

The CEP for PWD Engineers is scheduled during 24th September to

27th September. The proposed expenditure for the course will be Rs 12,000 /-.
(excluding the remuneration for departmental staff). I request you to sanction
Rs. 12,000/- as advance to meet the expenses. However the expenditure for
CEP will be reimbursed by the K.E.R.S Mysore after submitting the utilization
certificate. The mentioned expenditure will be incurred for the following
purpose.
1. Course Materials
2. Xerox
3. Mess & Canteen Expenses
4. Remunerations, TA & DA for out side faculty
