1. This SOP (Standing Operational Procedure) is a compilation of basic policies, procedures and
practices on certain important functional aspects which are to be adhered by all the ___________
Employees working at the Regional , Corporate Offices.

4. After having experienced the modalities of implementing these procedures for some time it
could be fine tuned subsequently as necessary; for which all affected departmental heads and the
connected officials at the Corporate Office shall keep a note of such fine tuning to be carried out
in this SOP so that periodic up-gradation of this SOP could be carried out.
