The company Adamant Fx, according to the regulation of the compensation fund represented by the head of the
financial department of Ostrovsky Dmitry Viktorovich, as well as the regulatory bank partner of Hongkong and
Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), the Bank subsequently approved the crediting of funds to the client Roman
Statiadi, born on July 21, 1976, in the amount of $ 10,000.00 (one hundred thousand dollars).

The transfer of these funds was carried out by the Bank by agreement with the Customer, confirmed by the
Company in the manner and terms specified by the Company Policy. Namely, from the moment receipt of funds
on the Client’s trading account with the Company. Credit funds must be replaced by personal assets of the client.
We guarantee the transfer of funds according to the current state of the account to a bank card or Western
Union transfer in case of full credit replacement, namely $ 10,000.00 (one hundred thousand of dollars).The term
of use of the above funds cannot exceed 10 banking working days, namely, 11/12/2020 credit funds will be debited
from the trading account. Income received during the trading process, with the participation of credit funds, will
be available for withdrawal subject to all conditions between the Client and the Bank If the conditions specified
above by the Client are not fulfilled, the Bank has the right to apply to law enforcement agencies of the country
of the resident in order to obtain compensation.

This Warranty comes into force on 10/30/2020 and is valid until the conditions are met by all Parties of all their.
