COMMITMENT AND TRUST DEED

It was agreed what follows:

The lender agrees to grant by this contract to the borrower of a sum of 20000 $. This loan will have to be
refunded to the lender according to a monthly payment of 350.56 $ at the date 11 st of each month and this
from the month of july 2019. The borrower engages once it will have signed it present contract; to refund the
totality of the above mentioned sum by the lender within a period of 60 month. It is expressly stimulated that
this sum will bear interest with the lender at the rate of 2%, applicable to the global value of the credit such
stipulates by this contract. The total of the interests is of 1033.31 $. This trust deed will be legalized by the
notary of the lender to the court in order to be worth what of right opposite justice and this is with the
expenses of the borrower, he will have to pay 135 Kd (Registration fee to the insurance company, who will cover
the loan of the borrower in case of illness and bank charges) Any litigation which could be born from the execution

and the interpretation of the commitment will be subjected to the arbitration of a mediator chosen by mutual
agreement between lender and the borrower. In the event of no respect of the contract, this will make object
of a legal proceeding or the borrower will have to answer to the no respect of this contract.
