This document serves as a binding contract between Ivan Brandom hereafter known as financial
Custodian" and, Robert Adan Williams hereafter known as "Investor”.
On 21th August 2023, Robert Adan Williams to receive $13500 United States dollars to his blockchain
wallet on and before the end of this August to be provided in which the payment activities are to be
carried out by Ivan Brandom.

Article 1
The Investor will contribute $1500(bitcoin) by the month end of May with option for additional
investment which will be covered by an addendum to this agreement.
Article 2

The funds provided by the Investor will be used for trading derivatives and cryptocurrency and nothing
further. However, the determination of currency pairs to trade and potential commodity trades to take
is the sole discretion of the Financial Custodian.

Article 3

The Binary Option Platform which the investor fund is to be invested on Amex Earner is a well
established online platform that serves investors with the purpose of earning them two to ten times

( -10X) higher investment with the help of the mining account manager Mr Ivan Brandom.

That means, Amex Earner will be able to generate the initial.

Article 4

This is a valid contractual agreement which legally bind the two parties at will basis. Either Party may by
written notice, terminate this Agreement any time without penalties within 3 working days.

Financial Custodian agrees to return the full original investment to the Investor in the same way the
original investment was originally transferred or Through other available Method.

In the event of a material breach by either Party, this Agreement automatically terminates provided that
the terminating Party is not also in material breach; and provided further, that the breaching Party shall
have a right to cure any such breach, if curable, within 2 working days of receipt of such notice.

Neither party shall have the right to assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the
other party. This contract shall be enforced according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia,
regardless of the location of the Financial Custodian or the venture itself.
