Each team sends to MotoStudent Organization the team´s Registration Form, in which the
faculty advisors and team leader data is specified.

2. Once the team proceed with the payment of the Team´s Registration, the team is officially
registered, and the steps to access to the MotoStudent’s Platform are delivered to the faculty
advisors and team leader of each team, the only data that the Organization has of the team.

3. Once, faculty advisors and team leader, got access to the MotoStudent Platform, accepting
the privacy policy and sending to the Organization their justification document of enrollment in
the University, their registration in the MotoStudent Competition is Official.

4. As in the case of faculty advisors and team leader, each team member has to get access to
the MotoStudent Platform in order to be officially registered in the Competition.

Next, we explain you step by step, how to register each team member of your team:

Registration is done through the MotoStudent Platform as indicated above. Those in


charge of registering the team members, are the tutors and the team leader of the
team, who are the ones who have access to the platform from the payment of the
registration in the Competition.

How to do it? The person in charge has to click on the Private Team Profile. Once this
page is open, click on Request to add members:
Another page will appear after clicking, notifying you the Regulations that refers to the
Registrations and that you have to take into account:

“You must take into account that once the place is assigned to a student, it is non-
transferable, that is, subsequent changes will not be accepted, you must acquire new
places for new team members (Article A.3.5.2 of the Regulations).

The Organization will check the number of registered members in your team before
accepting new team members. If you have filled all the places for your team, you must
first acquire more places by contacting the organization through MotoStudent Support
> Administration (summary: add team members)”.

Once clicking in “Request form”, the person in charge has to fill the team member data
to register the new user. The requested information is:

- User: name’s initial + surname


- Password: the team leader specified one, but the team member must change it!
- Email address, First name, Surname, City and Country.
- Other fields: you have to choose the role “team member”. The Organization do not
request the rider´s information yet. The Organization will let you know when they
need it.
Once the team leader/faculty advisors had filled the data, the team member will receive
(to the email that has been specified in the previous step) an email from MotoStudent
with the steps to be a registered team member:

1. Accept the data protection policy


2. Sign the Declaration of Conformity, which will certify that you agree and comply
with all the rules reflected in the Regulations and Official Documents of the
Contest.
3. Sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
4. Justify your relationship with the University. The Organizations needs the
document that justifies and proves your relationship of the team members
with their university during the years the Competition take part (2021-2022
and/or 2022/2023 courses).

Save the information and wait until the Organization validates the user. When the
process of validation will be finalized, the team member will receive a message in the
Platform confirming the official registrations as a team member.

After these steps, the registered team member can now enjoy all the advantages of
being part of the MotoStudent Community!
