SCHEDULE ADHERENCE MANILA

SIGN-OFF

Adherence to schedule is critical to the success of our business, our clients, and our customers. It is the
responsibility of each employee to adhere to their schedules whether it is at the beginning of their
workday, or upon returning from his or her meal period. It is also the responsibility of the employee to
adhere to the schedule in WFO along with the aux code guidelines provided.

If changes need to be made to a schedule, or meal period time, it is the responsibility of the employee
to get approval from their supervisor. Any unapproved adherence infractions may result in corrective
action, up to and including termination.

Aux Guidelines:
● You are scheduled for two paid (2) fifteen minute breaks and (1) sixty minute unpaid meal
period for shifts greater than seven and a half (7.5) hours scheduled. Your meal period should
be taken in the ‘Lunch’ aux code. It is the responsibility of the agent to ensure that they are
selecting the correct aux code and returning from their meal period on time.
● You should plan your time accordingly to use your scheduled breaks for meals, phone calls or
other activities whenever possible.
● If additional break time is required for any reason, please communicate with your leadership
and HR to accommodate this need.

Schedule Adherence:
● You are expected to work your schedule as it appears in WFO, and will not be allowed to make
up missed hours unless Overtime hours are being offered.
● Overtime is paid after 8 hours a day. Hours must be approved by an OM.
● You should inform/notify if you will be coming in late for work at least thirty (30) minutes
before the scheduled shift by calling the LOB’s Batphone/hotline. Any late or early departures
at any time from your scheduled shift may result in corrective action as outlined in the
Employee Handbook.
● You are expected to call-in two hours prior to your shift, to secure approval from your Team
Leader and provide supporting documents (valid medical certificate, legal document, etc.) if
you will not be able to report for work on your scheduled shift. Non-compliance may deem the
absence as unauthorized and subject to corrective action.

Employee Acknowledgement:

Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in discipline, up to and including termination of
Employment. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the expectations stated above.
