1.1 INTRODUCTION
Financial analysis is the process of examining a company’s performance in the context of its
industry and economic environment in order to arrive at a decision or recommendation. Often,
the decisions and recommendations addressed by financial analysts pertain to providing capital
to companies—specifically, whether to invest in the company’s debt or equity securities and at
what price. An investor in debt securities is concerned about the company’s ability to pay interest
and to repay the principal lent. An investor in equity securities is an owner with a residual
interest in the company and is concerned about the company’s ability to pay dividends and the
likelihood that its share price will increase.
Defination :
Fundamental financial analysis starts with the information found in a company’s financial
reports. These financial reports include audited financial statements, additional disclosures
required by regulatory authorities, and any accompanying (unaudited) commentary by
management. Basic financial statement analysis—as presented in this reading provides a
foundation that enables the analyst to better understand other information gathered from research
beyond the financial reports.

The questionnaire was designed and given to 10 employees.

process from an employees within organization.

Data collection is the process of gathering and measuring information on variables of interest, in
an established systematic fashion that enables one to answer stated research questions, test
hypotheses, and evaluate outcomes.
Primary source of data, the questionnaire was designed and collected through personal
interview.
Secondary source of data, the data and reviews collected from the website of the
company.

Financial analysis is the process of identifying the financial strengths and weekness of the firm
by properly establishing relationships between the items of the balance and balance sheet and
profit and loss account. The purpose of financial analysis is to disclose the information contained
in the financial statements so as to judge the profitability and financial soundless of the
organization.

department hence staffing team is playing vital role in recruitment process.

The study shows that most of the people join as fresher in Cadmaxx.
The study shows that most of the people left their previous organization and join
Cadmaxx solutions because of their personal issues.
Most of the candidates get selected within 1 to 3 rounds.
All the candidates undergo face to face interview but staffing team have to attend
telephonic interview during selection process.
People feel recruitment is not a time consuming process.
The survey shows that the people are satisfied with HR department service during
