Re : Notice of Withdrawal from Partnership

The undersigned, XXX, (the “Withdrawing Partner”), is a partner at XXX (the

"Partnership"), a Philippine-based law firm established in XXX for the purpose of providing a

full range of legal services to clients worldwide and duly formed in accordance with a

partnership agreement (the "Partnership Agreement").

The Withdrawing Partner desires to voluntarily withdraw from the Partnership effective

XXXX. This Notice is being provided to the Partnership considering the legal effect to the

Partnership of the undersigned’s withdrawal as a partner under Articles 1828 and 1830 of the

Civil Code.
