Below is how the dialer looks like once you login and from the drop down menu on the top you need to
make sure your status is ready
And by pressing on the button shown you will be able to maximize the manual dialer and find the
settings in which you need to make sure you have the correct speakers and microphone selected as
shown in the following figures
Now after adjusting the dialer we are ready to start taking our calls. And as shown, the account will
appear that way with all the details needed.
Once we are done with the call, if its a lead we will first select lead mode from the drop down menu as
shown and will take all the details before disposing the call as Interested and getting back to ready
mode
Now check carefully the dispositions available and the we will discuss the usage of each one of those.
Interested
Not interested
They prospect mentioned he is not interested in selling his house or if its a wrong number and when
asked about interest in selling any of his properties the answer was no.
Not available
Call back
In case you need to call the customer back and you can schedule it from the drop down menu
underneath it.
Do Not Call
In case the prospect specifically said never to call again or in some other cases when you reach extreme
wrong numbers ( like police departments or hospitals).
When you need to take a break you need to adjust the mode from the top drop down menu and the
same goes in case of meeting with your Team leader as illustrated below.
