When you have gathered the required number of completed needs analysis surveys, inform

your teacher about your chosen topic. Outline the impact that you would like to have with your
social change activity by stating your attainable goal. Address the following topics:

● Your chosen issue

● The specific focus of your chosen issue (on a local or smaller scale)
● The present condition of your issue (what does it look like now?)
● What would you like to change (what does it look like when you’re done?)

The impact that I would like to have a social change to is Homeless Encampments. The
specific focus is to analyze what changes to the society that have been made to allow the
homeless to encamp anywhere, and the different society changes that don’t like the
encampments and those that do. Right now there are many encampments set up all around the
city that make the looks of the city not good. I would like to change the tent encampments and
have them relocate to a specific location. That being said, homeless shelters or in an
encampment that is not in popular areas of the city or being scattered all over the city.
