Invoice date: 7th of each month or nearest business day
Direct debits: 15th of each month or nearest business day
Service provider : Advanced Business Technologies
Minimum monthly pmt $302.50

Should you encounter any difficulties in meeting your direct debit date or notice any
discrepancies on your monthly invoice, please contact PMFA on 1300 191 923 by the 12th of the
month in question to avoid late payment fees.
