BROWNIE RECIPE

A brownie is a chocolate cake typical from EEUU. The texture is somewhere

between a cake and soft cookie. Brownies can include toasted, chopped nuts. It is
called like this because of its colour brown. Its origins are in 1896, according to
legend, the brownie was invented by one Brownie Schrumph when she tried to
make a chocolate cake without baking powder or baking soda. Instead of rising,
the brownie collapses into a dense texture.
