“Two Types of

Cookies”

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies


 2 cup unsalted butter melted
 1/1/4 cup granulated sugar
 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
 2 large egg room temperature
 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 1 teaspoon salt
 2 cup milk chocolate chips
 2 cup semi sweet chocolate chunks

 Melted butter - is the key to having chewy and flavorful cookies.


 Granulated sugar and brown sugar – is granulated sugar keeps the
cookies from being too puffy, while the brown sugar add as a rich
flavor, moisture, and also keep chewy.
 Egg -is used as a binding agent.
 Vanilla – is to extract add flavor and warmth to the dough.
 Flour -for 1 1/2 cups that which keeps these cookies from being too
puffy.
 Cornstarch – is to balance out the melted butter and helps to give
these cookies a little fluff.
 Baking soda -helps cookies rise.
 Milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks  -is a
combination of flavors and shapes makes every bite a surprise.

How to make chewy chocolate chips


 Procedure
1. First -sift the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together
into a large bowl.
2. Second – is bead the butter , brown sugar and also the granulated
sugar in a bowl with the mixer on medium of speed and until it
get fluffy.
3. After that we will for 4 minutes and after the 4 min beat the eggs
one at time , add vanilla reduce also the speed to low. Add the
flour mix together until it combine.
4. Press the plastic wrap and also add the chocolate chip ,press it
directly surface of the dough and refrigerate at least 1 hour or
maybe overnight.
5. After that preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line up the baking
sheets , parchment paper.
6. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking
sheets and has about two inches apart.
7. Also bake it until the cookies are golden around the edges ,but
still soft in the middle, about 12 minutes. Also remove the
cookies from the oven and let cool 10 minutes on the baking
sheets, then transfer to racks to cool completely.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies


 1 cup of brown sugar
 1 cup of Peanut butter
 1 cup of chocolate chips
 1 or 2 egg
 1\2 teas spoon of baking soda

 Procedure
1. First put the baking soda in a bowl and add the egg mix it
until it combined.

2. After that add the peanut butter and the chocolate chips and
leave it 4min and shaped it by using your hand you have to
put first a plastic gloves and when your done put in oven.

3. Bake it until the peanut cookie are cooked, baked it for


350degrees and wait until 10-15 minutes.
