In today’s busy world, people are always on the lookout for a delicious and

convenient dessert option. Mango Float and Brownies are two such options that

have gained popularity over the years. Mango Float is a Filipino dessert made with

layers of whipped cream, graham crackers and sweet mangoes, while brownies are

Background of the Business

Mango Float and Brownies is a unique dessert business that specializes in

providing delicious, high-quality mango float and brownies products to customers.

The business was founded in 2023 by Roanne Mae Peloriana, who had a passion

for baking and creating delicious desserts.

The inspiration for the business came from her passion for baking and also

from the love that she feels for desserts. From humble beginnings of baking for

family and friends, the founder’s passion quickly turned into a business

opportunity.

Sales Revenue Target:

Since our daily production target for mango float is 50 serving and 50 boxes

for brownies we aim to get 100% sales on both products which generates a total of

P3,750 per day.

Profit Margin Target:

The profit margin target is the desired profit on each sale. Profit Margin is

also defined as the percentage of revenue that a company retains as income after

the deduction of expenses. In our business/the total revenue of both mango floats

and brownies total to P112,500 monthly and the total production cost and other

expenses (electricity, water, labor) total to P79,935 monthly and with this data the

estimated Profit Margin target total to P32,565 monthly.

Customer Acquisition Target:

Customer Acquisition Target is the process winning new customer for your

business. It includes attracting the attention of your target prospects and convincing

them to purchase your products or service. We can attract more customer by posting

on social media platforms, handing out flyer and execute free tasting within our

target market and by doing so we estimated that many new customers will be

7-Eleven is already a well known convenience store around the world and it

will be hard for J’Anz Dessert to compete them.

Tonton bakeshop is also included in the list because they are also a bakery

like J'Anz Desserts and serving also delicious baked foods.

We also put Khezia's Pizza on the list because of their delicious served pizza

who can attract many customers which can lead to J'Anz Desserts having lower
