OBJECTIVES
 To make an interesting business identified with STEM strand, specifically in the medical
field, for the coming culminating activity;
 To practice communication, public speaking and negotiation when you promote your
item to your prospect client. Which more likely to develop marketing and sales skills of
the students;
 To make a vital plan about the business that creates an appealing shop for the business
and students that will produce sales and profit.

The business is related to our strand S.T.E.M, where it focuses specifically on the field of
psychology. The Psycho balls offers food products and beverages. The booth had a
Candy Land theme that makes our business unique and attractive to our prospective
customers. The food products to be offered has a touch of psychology such as graham
balls, cookie cake, assorted sweets which we will add quotes on its serving to make it
more appealing to the consumer. We will add some twist and make innovation on making
our product such as changing its ingredients for our product will look interesting to the
eye of our customer; our graham balls have marshmallows inside wherein it has
chocolate or mango fillings and also a squash inside the graham balls which will be made
it more nutritious and student-friendly. This booth also offer assorted sweets which they
can dip in the chocolate that we prepared. Sweets are the product of the booth, giving our
consumer the taste of their childhood.

4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Since our locale is Congressional Integrated High School, we expected that our target
customer is a student, the student who is struggling in their school works, heartbroken in
their relationship and many more. As a STEM student, we know that studying is not that
easy and there are many difficulties you will encounter, so we made it inspired in a
Candy land in order to promote joy and happiness on our co-students in C.I.H.S. and
bring them back to their youth by eating our sweets. Also, we have inspirational quotes
attached on our product that may help them to lift themselves on what they are struggling.
One of the products that we will offer is graham ball, a graham ball with a twist
making it more nutritious by using squash while some are marshmallow filled with
fillings. Also we will offer cookie cake, and assorted sweets; sweets that’s will surely get
the taste of our costumer. We also offer choco jelly and a banana carrot smoothie that is
inspired from our theme that surely will refresh our prospect consumer. All in all, the
function of the whole booth is to give joy and happiness to the students of Congressional
and will make them reminisce in their childhood by tasting our product.

1. Characteristics
1.1 Demographic
In this business, the target customers will be the Senior High Students as well,
specifically Grade 11 students in different strands at Congressional Integrated High
School.

1.2 Psychographic
The business of Psycho Balls is for all students at Congressional Integrated High
School who loves to eat a different kinds of food, to experience and to taste a
delicious foods that have nutrients just like squash. Also, it have drinks and it is
connected to the "Psycho Balls" because one of the toppings here is just like a ball as
well. At the same time all the foods that will offer are related to the Psychology field,
in every food that will offer have a quote that will indicate to each food such as
inspirational quotes as well as "hugot quotes" for those students who can relate to it,
so that it will be easy to persuade them to buy for these foods.

1.3 Behavioral
The business management wants to have an interaction between the customers and
themselves by advertising the shop, Psycho Balls, through music that will convince
them to buy the foods whatever will offer. Music that will attract them and also their
feelings can relate on it that will lead to be comfortable with it.

1.4 Needs and Wants


In this business, based on the data that has been collected from the survey in
Congressional Integrated High School, the students wanted sweets which are graham
balls and the drinks that they wanted was choco jelly. Also, they need some
inspirational quotes just to refresh their minds especially their hearts for what they
will feels. And need to motivate each of them in every challenges that they will/had
encounter in their daily lives. As well as their relationship status that they can relate.
It was innovated by our shop for those students who needs it.
1.5 Specific Circumstance
In this business, one of the circumstances that will encounter is the other booth of
STEM students specifically those students who will offer foods also. Since it is a
common business it will have a circumstances about it. In addition, when it comes in
"Hugot" it was popular that anyone can do so in their business as well.

2.1 Product/Services
In selling desserts we support the following lines :
The Psycho Balls food business offers a variety of desserts for customers to
choose from including drinks, in which this product are enhanced as there is an
embedded inspirational quotes in the dessert which adds in the effectiveness of
marketing the product.
On the other hand, Psycho Balls serves its customers as an important clients
providing them maximum efficiency and reliability with the entrepreneurs. We
make sure that our customers have what they need and giving them confidence
that we’ll be there when they need us.
2.2 Price
Generally, Psycho Balls shop ranges from php 7.00 – php 25 .00 , which makes it
practically affordable especially to our target market.
2.3 Place/Distribution Model
Psycho Balls shop is located inside the Congressional Integrated High School
premises at Brgy. San Agustin 2, Via Verde village, Dasmarinas city, Cavite. The
business offers walk in purchases when it comes to the product distribution
system. Another option is the business to add distributors or representatives
within the location of the business to increase sales more effectively and gain
advantage over competitors.
2.4 Promotion
When it comes to our promoting strategy, our business mainly targets students
and teacher as well based on the its location. Psycho Balls shop comes with the
message --“ Where You Can Find the Sweets You Can't Resist” as a creative
approach to customers. It is fit for the business to convey its message to
customers as the products are embedded with inspirational quotes, making it
unique to other food products. Additionally, the business has branding image and
uses social media platforms to promote the products and to reach our prospective
customers. Also, through posters and room to room advertisement.
2.5 People
The Psycho Ball shop have enough individuals to be involved on marketing
activities and customer contact with enough background on managing a business
and training and skills to market the product and reach the desired sales or profit.

2.6 Packaging
The product packaging is eco-friendly as it is made from non-plastic materials and
at the same time excellently designed for the product. Also, as said above, every
packaging comes with an inspirational quote or message for prospect customers to
indulge while enjoying the taste of the product.

2.7 Positioning
When having a hard day, nothing compares to a sweet treat. Mind refreshment
and sweet indulgent is the product that Psycho Ball’s food business offers. The
business also, being located inside the school has a great opportunity to have sales
and at the same time help students through their day

4.1 Attentions
The food products as well as the Psycho Balls shop will be advertised through
campaign on every classroom at Congressional Integrated High School. In addition to
that, the shop will also be advertised in different social media platforms showcasing
the shop and the products not only for the students but also to the visitors who will
come by to the fair.

4.2 Interest
In order to increase the customer’s interest, posters will be placed around the campus
showing the sweets and the shops as well as the attraction inside it along with our
tagline.

4.3 Desire
When the opening of the Psycho balls shop is near, it will be advertised again on the
school with some free taste. As well as, videos and pictures will be posted on
different social media platform showcasing the unique qualities and benefits of the
products.
4.4 Action
The potential customer might visit the Psycho ball’s shop and buy some of the
products offered there. Still, customers are being encouraged through some posters
showing freebies and some limited time offers.

5. FAB
5.1 Features
The shop will have intricate, cute, colorful interior design which is divided into two.
Wherein, the half is called bitter corner and the half is the sweet corner. Also, the
sweets and drinks have wide variety of flavors as well as the toppings and dips.
Along with the sweets there are quotations which may be inspirational or a hugot
line.

5.2 Advantages
The shop’s interior design is pleasing to the eyes, as it match the products design that
is full of life. Plus, the place is vibrant yet relaxing to the customers. The customer
can take pictures inside for free as well as they can do some fun activities inside.

5.3 Benefits
The foods are sweet therefore it will make you feel good. Not only that but the
quotations and hugot might help to lift up the heavy feelings and also the room which
enables the customer to feel at home while relaxing their selves and eating the sweet
products. Plus, sweets can contribute to optimum health due to the health promoting
phytochemicals they may contain. Like chocolates which contain antioxidants can
protects the body from aging caused by free radicals, which can cause damage that
leads to heart disease. However, you still need to limit yourself on eating sweets.
There
comes the squash graham balls came from a root crop and the banana carrot smoothie

that came from fruit and vegetables. It is known that vegetables and fruits are
healthful
to us as it they contain important vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals. They also
contain fibre.

6. COMPETITION
The shop has a lot of competitors especially that it is about food and there is the CBF
whom are experts on making sweets. Also, some of the sections are way more
practiced and inclined on business.

7. SALES STRATEGIES
The businessman must be skilled on how to communicate adequately with the clients

to encourage them to purchase the item and experience the shop's service.
Additionally, assistance on selling the product can be done when the information about
the shop and the product it offers is publicize on different social media platforms. Also,
offering some limited time service and freebies will help on persuading clients to buy
the products.

Target customers shows great interest with the marketed products and shows high
probability of patronizing it. 85% of the target customers agree with the
tag price of each product and find them very affordable. Feedback from
customers are mostly positive.

1.2 Target Daily Income


The goal is set to 2 095 pesos income per day that is possible if 30 graham balls,
15 Cookiemallows, 20 doughnuts, 20 munchkins, 15 cookies, 20 choco
jelly and 15 shakes were sold in a single day. Such income is enough to
sustain the business.

bankruptcy. Also, all of them are willing to invest in the said business despite high risk in
exchange of potential success of business.

1. SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths
The strongest attributes of the business is not only its attractive booth or logo also
the business itself because the student in this age tend to eat sweets that
may serves as the strengths. Another advantage is its low cost products and services
that are affordable for the customers. Then, business is unique due to its
particular foods (products) that are psychology inspired.
Weaknesses
The only weakness can be is the abundance of rivalries such as other booths that
can be competitors in the culminating.
Opportunities
Opportunities are the external elements that might be helpful in achieving the
goals of the business - to generate sales and profit. First is the theme itself because
Candy land is catchy for our target market which is teenager. Next is the unfulfilled
customer’s needs, where the foods is their primary needs.
Threats
Threats are the external factors that could gravely affect the success of the
business. The threats can be the competition; as one competitor sells similar product
like us, the substitute products of other competitors can affect to the lowering of
sales of the products.

To be an effective entrepreneurs, have a little shop inside a shopping center and have Pyscho
Balls branches so the clients would discover the closest stall store nearest to them. Plus, have
a separate shop outside malls and have delivery service.
