INTRODUCTION

Our cookies are flavorful and have good textures, ranging from soft and chewy to
crispy and crunchy. This versatility means there's a cookie out there for
everyone, whether you prefer classic chocolate chip or we experiment with
different ingredients, flavors, and decorations to develop unique recipes that set
our business apart from other competitors. This originality can bring in clients
who value handmade, handcrafted items that can be personally fulfilling. The
local community may grow to adore the cookie business. Engaging in
neighborhood events, contributing to foundations, and cultivating client
relationships can help you build a devoted following and favorable advertising
through word-of-mouth. And we create a strong business strategy and
concentrate on providing outstanding goods and excellent customer service to
ensure sustainability and growth.

Families, including kids, are our target market, as is certainly everyone else. For
many occasions, including birthdays, holidays, and thank-you gifts, cookies are a
popular choice. Marketing to those who are searching for delicious and well-
thought-out gifts can be a profitable business. Understanding the preferences,
needs, and purchasing patterns of these target consumer groups can help us
customize our products, campaigns, and distribution channels to effectively reach
and engage with our target audience, ultimately driving sales and business
growth. Gift packaging, customizable options, and special events can help attract
this audience.

In targeting customers, it is our job to mostly and fully immerse ourselves, giving
our pivotal attention to small businesses handled by students like us, into
conducting a successful yet simple business project plan that can accommodate
our settled budget. Considering its focus on targeting customers to convince
them to buy our product, we make sure to further explain its contents, which
altogether adds a unique, subtle, and authentic feature to our product, unlike the
other businesses. Wherein this stands out more visibly in the business world.

Business Owner: Set the strategic vision and direction responsible for the
growth, stability, direction and daily operation of the business.
Marketing Manager: develops opportunities for personal development.
Communicates job expectations and plans, monitors, and evaluates job results to
achieve staff results.
Bakers:Bakers produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods sold by
grocers, wholesalers, restaurants, and institutional food services..Staff duties
include performing employee support roles and ensuring the effective running of
the organization.
Staff online: An advertiser is a person, business, or organization that uses
different advertising channels to market and promote goods, services, or
concepts to a specific audience.
Delivery personnel: transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses
in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure
that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Quality Control: Responsible to ensure strict compliance of quality standards,
policies and procedures as the relate to each customer product.

LOCATION SITE

Our location, where we make our products, can be found at "599 MacArthur
Hwy., Valenzuela, 1444 Metro Manila." We established our business in
Valenzuela City. We, as students, think that it is more convenient for students
like us to set up a business from home. Unlike purchasing a lot to set up a
business in a certain location, it will still cost us expenses to do this, as much as
we want to have an official company lot. As students, we still don't have the
money and obligation to decide on these business aspects and matters yet.
MARKETING PLAN

Our business strategies are to use social media platforms and create unique
packaging to attract consumers and to produce, buy, and sell different types of
products that make our consumers attracted to what we do in and for our
business so that our business can increase its popularity and improve people’s
level of well-being. On social media, it’ll help our customers find out about our
business, and we can increase our business by advertising our goods and
services and promoting products.Sharing our business on social media can help
us attract more customers daily and make them much more interested in the
compelling contents and brands of our newest products. In order to determine
what is effective and what requires improvement, we routinely track our sales
and customer feedback. We design labels or stickers featuring our brand name
and logo and consider including a brief description of the cookies or a personal
touch, such as a thank-you note.Maybe this will have an impact when we're
already of legal age and mature enough to properly understand and finally make
official business decisions.Setting up our small business can help us students
make a living for ourselves that could also support our families and our education
as well. On the other side, we see potential for increasing sales and profit due to
our proximity to well-known stores and businesses. We hope to eventually allow
franchising and investments to have global branches when our business prosper
Until then, we students, as a team, will strive hard and compromise to make this
business work out. Just in case we face difficulties and issues in our company,
we can assure our customers and investors that we will resolve this matter as
soon as possible, so that we can make our formula and quality for our product
much better. We will continue promoting our business and give our warmest
welcomes to our loyal customers. We also promise to give them the best
experience when trying out our products.

Eating cookies can help us boost our energy when we feel drained or have low taste
because it contains a whole grain of flour which provides a nutritious source of protein,
vitamins, fiber, and minerals that help produce a stable metabolism for our body to be
full of strength and the advantages of a cookie business include the low startup costs,
existing demand for desserts, and flexibility in selling both offline and online.
Disadvantages includes extensive health code requirements, a crowded seller’s market,
and the need for constant production. Buying our business products might help
someone that is in need of a desirable taste, texture and appearance of a cookie and
protein, vitamins, fiber and minerals, this includes our nutritious bodies and heart
digestion. Teamwork is an effort where people can help each other, while sales is used
for term to find out which is more sold in terms of selling cookies.
