The primary source of capital utilized to start a business are personal savings. It is

the way the entrepreneurs provide for the needs of the company. Entrepreneurs can avoid

paying back or relying on external lenders or investors who may decide to stop helping

the owners at any time by using personal funds instead. By doing this, it will be easier to

prioritize business expenses and minimize spending.

V. MARKETING PLAN
a. Product Strategy
Although brownies are nothing new in Daet, our products offer a new unique
flavor specifically the orange brownies. Brownies are introduced in a unique way by
Delights Club. Since the idea is innovative to most people, the product itself is
exceptional. Indeed, not all people like an idea different from the traditional one, for this
reason, our company continues to sell classic brownies. We are offering priced brownies
that will appease your sweet tooth.
b. Advertising and Promotion
According to a study entitled “The Business of Platforms: Strategy in the Age of
Digital Competition, Innovation, and Power” by Michael A. Cusumano et al. For this to
become profitable, a business needs to link different business units and use its assets in
unique ways to achieve economies of scale and scope. Therefore, as a practical matter,
we decided to form a partnership with some of the local delivery services in Daet,
Camarines Norte, where we believe this will be a significant step forward with a direct
benefit in that they will be able to promote our shop on their social media and vice versa
in this way we could reach more people to discover our product.
Social media has become the center of our modern world. We will advertise and
promote our business using social media sites like Facebook and Instagram. By
publicizing enticing pictures of our products and promotional videos that highlight the
quality of our goods and the sanitation of the company’s production.
Another effective tool is word-of-mouth. As well, since we offer mouthwatering
brownies and sandwiches, we'll make sure that the overall experience of the customer is
excellent, hence, customers won't be able to help raving about us to others.

c. Packaging

Every firm recognizes the value of product packaging so we believed that our
packaging must be appealing. Therefore, we made the decision to embellish the container
because our product can also be a gift for our loved ones, and we also offer packaging
customization Due to the fact that we are still relatively new to the business world and
that our customer base is still quite small, we must create new items and consider
innovative designs to expand our market shares. We must come up with unique designs
that will catch the attention of our customers.
The brownies are packed in a small 8 oz carton container, and it has an expiration

date to ensure the quality of it and safety for the consumer. Ideally keep the brownies

wrapped in the greaseproof paper that they arrived in, this helps to keep the brownies

moist and squidgy and prevents them from drying out.

d. Marketing Strategy

Direct Marketing Strategy will help us gain more customers and also direct

communication with the potential customer is more effective than persuading through

text or online messenger. However, the online strategy is also effective in a way that our

employees will be able to save time and less effort by just using electronic devices to

deliver digital flyers and send messages on every social media platform.
