BACKROUND OF THE BUSNIESS / INFORMATON

A Banana Pancake is healthy form of breakfast or a snack that are good for the

health of individuals. Aside, from that it aims to reach the customers budget and attracts

customers taste. It also helps customers craving for another form of snacks.

Banana Pancake was introduced to out group by our teamleade, who

accidentally watch a video about making three ingredients pancake. Since that, she try it

to their home and added some ingredients to make it better. And after that. It happens to

be worth sharing, together with our team to the debuted place of our product, which is the

Southwestern University PHINMA, in the year 2020.

The business takes its partnership that is managed by the following individuals

: Daisy Mae Buena the Manager, Marrianne Abarquez the Assistant Manager, Danica

Castillon the Finance Officer, Mayen Ubod the Marketing Officer, Elvie Gacayan the

Marketing Assistant, Dune Zaider Cuizon the Operations Officer, and Mary Ann

Caballero the Opeatons Assisisant. The rest are workers.

The market is filled with business conflict towards another business. Business

continue to offer and improve their products to attract more customers. The existing

rivalry has served as a threat to the business, for it may affect the decisions and behavior

of the future customers. As a way of showing enthusiastic, the business continues and

strives to invariably provide products with the best quality in affordable price. The

business also ensures the prominent =, flavoreful taste of the product as it serves as one

Banana Pancake, is an ordinary pancake mixture with a twist of banana. A snack that

satisfies the pancake cravings of the customers. It uses ingrediens of banana, fresh milk,

eggs, all purpose flour & baking powder. This oprimist product and ingredients provide
the consumer with the amount of nutritions that provides energy and meet their needs. It

is made for an healthy snack for everyon. This product is unique and it is freshly made

and served to the customers.

The distinct flavor of banana pancake is kinda unique with a healthy purposefor

individuals. Aside from that, it was poured with a melted chocolate and banana crisp on

the top to add and balance the flavor.

The Banana Pancake sold each and in a pack. They individually wrap in a thick

paper with a stamp of our business logo to easily define our own product. The Banana

Pancake put inside on a wrapped paper cone in a distinct and creative way to easily

catches ones customers curiosity.

The product also selled online, with a distinct choices to shoose and demands for

the customers wants. It also delivered personally by the team. The packaging use was

been think and planned with the team, so that we can make it in a simple yet clean and

creative way that catches easily with the customer. Each of the Product cost of 10,00 Php

only.

The business, which is the banana panake has its indirect and direct competitors.

The direct competitors are those who’s in a business with the same product but different

forms, style and price. In our case our direct competitors has an ordinary and plain

pancake but on our product its different because of the banana and other ingredients

applied.
While the indirect competitors competitors are those business who offers a different

and unique product which may lead to affect the customers decision and curiosity. In our

case, indirect competitors that we have encounter sells product that are common but a

tasty one that attracts more customer’s craving. Which also lead to affect and thetaten our

business.

These Direct and Indirect Competitors have the same targets and goals as one of the

markets in business. They also aims at the same group of consumers who are the

students, Faculty members in Southwestern University PHINMA and outside the

organization. The following competitors has it on ways, lines and trying to expand more

on their products which may attracts customers choices.

As this competition continue, our group discussed and planned to expand our

products, we decide to discover some flavor about our product and apply it to easily

catches customer’s curiosity. So that our business won’t lead to bankruptcy. And also our

team made sure that our product are wrapped well in a creative mannes, well clean and

descent to attract more customers.
